I totally agree with Christine Suarez's review. This place is a no go area. The guy is a crook. He sold me a fake charger knowing very well that it will not work. I went back to return the charger. He refused to give a proper charger or return money. As I ask him to check his own charger, he refused and become violent. As I didn't want to make a scene with him, I called the police. He made it clear to me that I was waisting my time calling the police on him. He said he will show me how he deals with customers like me. To show that this is his modus operandi. It was not his first time. This is how he's been treating innocent people who go to his shop. Indeed, when the police came, they told me clearly that there is nothing they can do. I can open a court case against him or report him to the consumer protection. They advised me to tell my family, friends and acquaintances to avoid the place. You are warned. Cover your back. Get honest people assist you with your repairs!

I have bought all my video game's and video game accessories from Joel for years. And he has always came through for me , I've been coming to A to z electronics since I was a kid. Joel has always been kind and treated me well , and would go out of his way to help me secure whatever i wanted. He just got me a hard to get pre order. i have bought mostly all my consoles and games from him on launch. and im very thankful. Do yourself a favor and visit his store, the service will not disappoint. If its video game related Joel is your man.

Was made to wait over an hour in the sun while the owner returned from lunch. He was 40 minutes late coming back, apparently due to “the bus”. He then didn’t have the component I needed. This is after I called, asked if he had the component I needed, and was told to just drop by the store. No hard feelings, but I can’t in good faith recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

Hit or miss. Lots of miss. Years ago had him fix my Xbox 360 and he gave me 3 different ones that all randomly broke. I do appreciate that he gave me more consoles as the ones before stopped functioning. Brought in a laptop to fix my cpu, broke my laptop completly. Gave me a desktop that had worse specs than my laptop and barely functioned. Neat old school consoles and some obscure games if you're looking for that. Be aware of your expectations, and you should be okay. Like I said. Hit or miss. (Also very childish to attack customers leaving reviews, not professional at all) tsk tsk

First visit was in October of 2020, I had asked after the sale that day if he could contact me if/when he received a copy of a game that I was in the market for. 2 days ago I received the phone call, I was not forgotten. I showed up today to pick it up (and 2 other games because I couldn't help myself, lol), and the experience was just as good as the last visit. Very nice guy, very down to earth, he's definitely on the customer's side and not thinking of just lining his pocket. Recommended for sure.

I went for a simple ps4 repair, which suppose to take few hours, ends up being there for almost 2 weeks , console lasted me 3 days and same problem again ; just by his looks it’s showed he’s didn’t know what his doing; as I walked in I saw him browsing on a dating website; The place is messy dirty and smell bad not just that I also saw a rat as soon as I walked in next to all broken tv , my console is not repaired and I paid , I’m never going back to this place and I recommend not waste your time either . Hes a loss.

I don’t know where to start since he did fix one of my PlayStations. Other than the fact that he fixed one of my ps4s, I have nothing but bad things to say about this business. 4* for fixing my PlayStation 1* for business His store is very disorganized and messy. I had to remind his countlessly that he has my PlayStation and he gave me the same excuse! “Sorry I need to find it in my store” I confronted him and even in his own store he wouldn’t take time to look for it. I get it sometimes people get busy but taking 15 mins to look for a clients technology would’ve been appreciated. If this store was more organized and professional, I truly wouldn’t be writing this review. I will never go back there again and I wouldn’t recommend this store to anybody.

Had to get my ps4 fixed. I had to go back in total 4 times, because "it was fixed". When I asked him to try it in front of me, it wouldn't work... made me lose a lot of time to not even get it fixed...

One of the few places comfortable fixing older gaming consoles. True to his word, if he can't fix it after a few days, he'll offer to exchange you a working identical console, and no service fees for the time he spent. My old SNES started rejecting every game except Super Mario, but had sentimental value since it was a gift. I opted to keep my console, but he offered to sell me a refurbished SNES at a good price. It was in great condition and is still working great 5 years later (I think it was in 2013?). Recommended this place to my friend when her Wii had a problem. Was fixed, and still works fine 3 years down the road.
