My 2015 macbook pro's keyboard and trackpad weren't working, and when I took it to Apple they were going to charge me $400-500 for the part and labor. I looked online and found the part I needed ($9 off amazon with good reviews). I called in to see if he could install it, and he did the same day, in 5 mins. Saved me a lot of money. Wow. These guys are amazing. Their service is incredible. I phoned them to get my wifi fixed and ideally needed my computer the next day. They said usually it's 4-5 days, but they'll do what they can. They were able to fix it in and get it done within 30 min! Amazing. What amazing service. I needed my main edit suite computer turned around quickly and Ahmed was able to deal with the problem on a very thin high end iMac that had to be dissembled and within hours and I was up and running again the same day. I was devastated when my MacBook Air screen started to malfunction, especially so close to an important deadline that I have coming up. I had reached out to Apple and Best Buy and was quoted outrageous prices that made purchasing a new computer seem like the only option. I decided to take a chance and drop by Mac Repair Man's shop to see if there was anything he could do for me. Less than 30 minutes later I was leaving his shop with a repaired computer, for a fraction of the price and with a matched warranty. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. I was surprised by the quick turnover on the repair! Expect to wait a little as a walk-in initially because of how busy the place is, but Ahmed seemed really good at multitasking and prioritizing to address every person's concern. I had brought two laptops to him - one had liquid damage on the keyboard, which he fixed in a day, and the other had a ram issue and was in need of an upgrade, which he also completed quicker than I had expected. I would recommend anyone going to be clear about their expectations for what they want fixed for a more accurate price range. Prices are overall affordable :)

Ahmed is awesome and super helpful. He fixed my computer and did some upgrades within a day (I thought it might take a few days, but nah, he got the job done super fast). Plus, my lap top is working better and faster than it has in years (e.g. it's turning on /restarting within 30 seconds, plus however long it takes to login, versus having to wait for upwards of 10-15 minutes for everything to get going), and some of the programs that were becoming a massive hassle (e.g. InDesign, even my damn calendar) are moving super fast now. Definitely super happy and would totally send anyone his way who has Mac issues :)

I brought my Mac in specifically to retrieve data which I told him when I went in but he was more interested in hitting on me and making me uncomfortable. He told me he was going to update me and call me within the week but never did I had to call him 2 times. He had my computer for 16 days to charge me 90 dollars to tell me what Apple had already told me. He retrieved nothing and fixed nothing. He’s super sketchy and extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste you time and money like I did.

I have a 2009 Macbook Pro and it recently had some issues with the battery and the trackpad. It was quickly becoming a block of useless junk, and so I had to call around to see who could help me - and quick. The Mac store at the mall was helpful in that they referred me to the other Mac store in Guelph, and, after a bit of run around on the phone, they ended up telling me about this policy where they couldn't really give me any info on how long anything would take or how much anything would cost. I simply had to leave my computer with them, and then, at some point in the future - surprise! You owe this much. The bottom line was that Mac couldn't just let me order the battery I needed and then come in and pay for it. I had to comply with a mandate of theirs which even they know makes no sense. Anyway, I decided to look around some more. The Mac Repair Man helped me out, and I even ended up with a better computer in the end because I just went in and talked to him and he fixed all my problems as fast as could reasonably be expected and was able to put in a new drive that has sped up my sluggish machine - he offered because he saw what I was using, and I took it because it was a good deal. Very approachable, and obviously neck-deep in Macs that needed repairing, it was cool to be able to get in there and sort things out so quickly. Totally recommend the guy, and I know who I'll be pestering in the future if I need my Mac fixed.

I dropped off my laptop. The "mac man" was not even there. I reluctantly left it with some straggler. I then received a phone call later the next evening from the mac man. He was very unprofessional. He proceeded to work some script about how great he is at what he does. He then began to fish- asking what it is that I did for a living, I immediately could tell he was trying to determine how much money he should attempt to con me out of. He then gave me a bizarre 3-tier quote for the repair of which I could choose. I explained it was alot of money even the most modestly quoted cost- he then changed his approach and tried to sell me an I-Mac instead. After talking he thankfully agreed to repair it for the least money. When I picked up the computer and paid he leaned over and whispered- after its gone its not my problem- or something to that affect. Stay away from this dude and just bite the bullet and get your device repaired by an accredited and trusted technician.

Arrogant repairman. Needs to work on his customer service. Cost is better compared to Apple, although he ended up charging me more than original quote and with a partial fix. He does not listen: had my Macbook held up for 2 months, claiming he couldn’t figure out what to do, even though I had told him what the issue was in the beginning. No people skills. Does not ever respond to texts, as rare as they may be, requesting for eta. Had to visit in person to get update on if I will ever get my laptop back. What a great find for me. I was ready to call it quits on my iMac that I love but it just wasn’t working the way it should. I went there with my Son who had some issues with his iMac as well. We were ready to take the two and make one big nice one and then go spend thousands to get me a new one. Ahmet took the time to explain in terms we could understand why that might not be in our best interest. Made perfect sense, but only after he took that time to explain. Ahmet makes it very clear that his goal is help people and that using his gift of Mac repairs is the way he will do it. The store was full of sport equipment, of all things, because - wait for it - they're helping to raise money for a charity. Charges were excessive as parts that did not need replacing were replaced and some parts were installed were not made for the model she has....forced in. I would not trust this place ever again. I went in because Coffee had leaked into my Macbook Pro. I dropped off my computer on Friday September 29, and received it back Saturday October 14. Summary on the bottom of the post. Initially, I was told they would try an initial bath and if that didn't work, we would have to explore more options. It took them until Oct 5th to give me call and present me with options. They gave me a lower priced option ($300-400) and a higher one ($650, which they told me included not a sole repair, but a replacement of parts. I was even promised that the missing laptop leg would be replaced). After giving them the OK on the higher option, they told me they may be able to get it to me at the end of Oct 6th. I went in Oct 10th to pick-up my laptop and check-in. When I turned on my computer, it was working 10x slower than normal– it functioned as well as it did prior to dropping it off with them. During that time I was in the store, both employees confidently diagnosed the problem was due to the harddrive and they recommended to me multiple times to upgrade it. As I continued to question them about it, they looked into my computer and it became obvious that they didn't work on it since the last time we spoke. The outer leg was still missing, parts still needed replacing and they needed more time. They asked me for time until the end of the day. I called in Wed Oct 11th, and they still needed more time. I called in Fri Oct 13th, and they still needed more time. When I finally went to get my laptop on Sat Oct 14, he told me the harddrive was working fine. I talked to him about the $650 price, and he removed the $50 warranty with them that was included in the price– I wasn't even aware that I was purchasing the warranty... SUMMARY: – 2 stars because although my computer is back to normal, the price and service disappointed me. – I'm surprised by the positive reviews. I was continually promised different things at different times, and given a misdiagnosis and unnecessary recommendation when I went to pick up my laptop. They did replace my little laptop leg in the end. – I wasn't provided with an itemized list of what needed to be replaced. If they had been more transparent with the time they needed and didn't make promises they couldn't keep, this wouldn't be a big issue. But they lost my trust, and I won't be going back.

I went to the apple store to get my macbook pro checked out and it turned out I needed a new battery, top case, and screen. I was under apple care so I wasn't too worried so I left and scheduled a day where I could drop off my computer. I was going to drop my macbook back off at the store when I had a server spill a whole cup of coffee on it in a cafe while I was working. Obviously, if there's any water damage, Apple care becomes void so I was panicked. I did what I could to dry and air out the poor thing. Next morning I took it to the team at Mac Repair Man and had it fixed and ready on the same day. I'm not sure what he did but when I took it to the apple store, no questions asked they fixed EVERYTHING and didn't see an ounce of water damage. I can't thank you enough for the work you did. Kindest and most speedy service I've received in a long time.

Where do I start. Ahmad truly saved the day for me and I must say I have never met a more genuine, hardworking, truthful and straight up guy before. Especially for someone like myself who knows absolutely nothing about computers or technical things, anyone else would and could have easily ripped me off. The screen of my dinosaur old Macbook decided to stop working and I thought it was truly the end. When calling around Kitchener- Waterloo for quotes, Ahmad promised he'd find a solution with the best possible price. He sure held up his promise. Amazing service! Could not recommend enough. After not being able to successfully install a new iMac unibody 5K retina display myself, the Mac Repair Man was there a and had all the solutions. Needed to fix a bunch of motherboard issues at the microscopic level and he delivered just that. A large job handled and I had a working iMac in half a day. He even worked late to get it done (8pm) so I could have it ready by 9am the next day. That was important to me as it was a company machine and work needed to be done! You have all future company computer repairs moving forward.

Best service possible. I brought in a mac with water damage in several places. Apple told me repair would be more expensive than getting a new computer. This guy stayed late to make sure he could fix it for me same day, explained to me everything that was wrong (there were lots of damaged spots that apple missed) and told me how and why he's able to do it for a fraction of the price. He knows these products better than anyone, and he cares so much about his customers that he won't rip them off like other places. On a side note: He is awesome to talk to. Really cool guy.

First, as some else has already said I have also seen reviews on yelp left by Ahmad himself, his friend, and his employees. So question the integrity of any exemplary google reviews. I got my laptop fixed by Mac repair man 9 DAYS LATER the screen cracked even though I was so cautious which made suspicious so I contacted Ahmad first asking for the warranty info he’s like apple warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage & I pleaded my case he said he would contact the manufacturer. Since he was taking too long and being sus with giving information over. I went to Apple & got it serviced checked turned out he charged me $630 to put a screen that should’ve been recycled on my laptop. Told me it was brand new & apple warranty covered. In the end I got my money back thank god! He said basically I’m lucky he’s giving me a refund because the screen is cracked. But if it wasn’t for the screen cracking I wouldn’t have know that he used recycled screen and charged me $630 for it. Pictures: Non Physical Proof: I attached the serial code of where repair technician searched it up and found that it was a used part. Remind you Ahmad is not an Authorized Apple service. Apple holds a tight reign on its parts. They don’t sell to independents, they only supply parts to their authorized service providers and their own Apple Stores. User: Oldscreen goat previous review showed a poor quality retina screen. As well BBB review with the complaint type being Guaranteed/Warranty. Physical Proof: Scratches on the screen, Dent on the MacBook Cover, The lining of the display looking worn. I only had this laptop display for 9 days. The computer screen had a screen protector on the whole time and when I took it off I noticed the scratches. Warranty Any service repairs Ahmad do not have Apple warranty! Apple doesn’t warrant third party repairs. only apple stores and apple authorised service providers can honour the warranty. Overall, many customers have been satisfied with his work I can’t so myself keep in mind this is only in regards to MacBook screen repair. In the end I used the refund I got & brought it to an actual apple service place & paid $790.

He also changed the price on me. I was told one price over the phone when my computer was ready for pick up. Once I got to the store he changed and raised the price on me. True story. I went to see these guys to grab a used MacBook Pro. They didn't have what I needed and instead suggested that I go to Kijiji and find a clean used machine. Then they suggested that the seller meet me at the Mac Repair Man store and they would evaluate the machine on the spot and suggest a fair price for both of us. That's exactly what happened. Super, super friendly guys. Very, very quick service. I was looking to get repair for my Macbook that had water damage. It took the Apple Store 2 days just to evaluate my Macbook, only to tell me the repairs would cost more than a new one. I brought the same Macbook to these guys. They opened my Macbook right away, briefly showed me some of the stuff that was wrong with my Macbook, took a closer look at it over the day and got back to me with their full analysis within 24 hours. I even saw some guy walk in with his broken iPhone, get it repaired, and walk out with his fixed iPhone within 20 minutes! They always ask customers when they need their stuff back by, and they work hard to get it back to you by that time. In the end, my Macbook needed too many repairs to get it fixed, but they offered a trade-in and gave me a good deal on a refurbished laptop. Definitely recommend these guys.

Brought my laptop in for a pretty significant repair a little over a month ago, and have had no problems with it ever since. I've loved my Mac Pro since the day I bought it 8 years ago. My MacBook screen was cracked, when I took it to apple they charged me over half the price of the laptop to fix it, with a 2-3 day wait period for the repairs to be done. I found this place on google and decided to call and get a quote for the price. Ahmed offered me a price much lower than the one apple gave me.I went there shortly after and got my screen fixed in half an hour. Ahmed checked the health of my laptop battery as well as offered to change some settings that annoyed me in the laptop. I would definitely recommend going to this store for your mac needs, you will get a reasonable price and quick repairs.

Ahmed knows Apple Macs! I dropped off my desktop unit and told Ahmed that there is no rush. I didn't have an appointment. He called me the next day to advise that the fix is a faster hard drive since I have so much on this mac. And this new hard drive will be faster than when the machine was new. I said - go ahead! The next day I dropped by to pick it up. It was done! And it was lightening fast. And Ahmed also showed me how to remove some files that were no longer needed on the hard drive from my data transfer. I rarely review businesses, but my experience with Mac Repair Man was so good, I have to get the word out. The job was done in less than two hours, and done very well. The fee was very reasonable, and a few perks were added in for free. Also, all of my options for maximizing the computer's performance were presented to me, and he offered to do them at a steep discount as a package deal with the repair he'd already done. I hope I don't have any problems with my Mac computers, but if I do, I know I'll be taking them to Mac Repair Man.

Had a great experience. Within minutes of arrival, Ahmed opened my laptop and right away told me the diagnosis. In short, my laptop was taken care of in the quickest time possible, at the best price possible and with the friendliest service I've ever experienced. As for the long account of my experience, as a graduate student I have little money and a heavy reliance on my laptop given all of my work depends on it. As such, I was given all my options whether to repair what was broken, buy used replacement parts, or buy new parts, or buy a new laptop, etc. The owner answered all of my calls, even though most were outside of normal business hours and even began repair outside of normal business hours. I could not have asked for a better experience and I fully intend to bring all future business to this guy. If you're like me and hate the apple store because their solution is always to buy a brand new part that costs as much as the laptop or a new laptop altogether then this guy is definitely the place to bring your laptop. He also provides a long warranty for his services because he is confident in his work and he truly wants you to get what you've paid for! I will say I look forward to doing business with him again but I will add that I hope it's not because I broke my laptop ... again :-)

This man is a legend. I was having issues with my display turning on and off (sleeping) and it was frustrating. I first took my Macbook Air to the Apple Store and their only solution was to replace the entire display for a hefty amount. I wasn't convinced so I found Ahmed online and decided to give it a go. He diagnosed the issue and although it was a difficult issue to find and fix, he worked relentlessly to stop my screen from flickering on and off. His price was very reasonable and a LOT better than Apple's price (since the issue wasn't even with the display...). Would recommend if you have any problems with your Mac!

tldr reviews misleading, immature and rude at times, makes you feel bad for even asking a question, not very transparent, experience is luck of the draw. Spilled tea on my mac. Posted on a fb group where he pumped his own store's tires and had one of his shills comment to take it into his store. Gave him a call, he says he will give a free diagnosis and to bring it in and he'll open it then and there and explain what the severity of the situation is and what options I have. When I get there, I am not told about any free diagnosis and he says he'll look at it and try to fix it for 120, successful or not. When I went in to the store, the guy was talking on the phone about some personal matters for an hour and made us all just sit there and wait. Also when I gave my laptop, there was no contract , no receipt, nothing. He didn't even bother writing my name down when I offered it, said just a phone number is fine. You can tell a lot about a company from how they operate in their day to day operations. Epitome of sketchy business practices. I was a student at the time so I ask him later if he can just focus on data recovery instead of repair to which he says "there is no one in Ontario who can recover your data." That is blatantly not true, there are multiple services for data recovery in Ontario. I spoke with a few friends who run their own computer shops and they explained that data recovery is possible especially if the computer was turning on, even if the screen was black, which per his words, he managed to make it turn on but screen was black, but computer is not even turning on now that I just tried it. His response to any of my inquiries was I KNOW MORE THAN YOUR FRIENDS and had a very dismissive attitude to any of my inquiries as a customer. I get it, you run your shop and know macs, but that's certainly not the attitude to have to customers trying to assess the situation. You try explaining the situation at a reasonable enough level instead of making them feel bad for even trying to understand the situation with their own computers. Everyone specialises in their own thing. if we all operated from the high ground this fellow seems to stand on none of us would get anywhere. Also just cause you run your shop doesn't mean every other tech guy knows nothing. But no, he had such a know-it-all attitude. Not to mention any time I gave him a call he'd put me on hold for 15 20 minutes multiple times and then would just tell me to call back in a bit instead of just returning the call when he had a sec. How do I know when he is free, call him back only to be put on another 15 minute hold I guess. No concept of appointments or anything, just walk in whenever you want and wait while he deals with his personal business/other clients. Later he told me that to recover my data it will "cost more than your career. it will be like 20,000 to recover." Utter nonsense, first of all, why speak to a customer like that, I didn't say anything rude to the guy in our interactions and was respectful. I'm in accounting, if my lifetime earnings are 20k I definitely chose the wrong career. Second of all, there are multiple companies, yes in Ontario, who do data recovery and let me assure you, none wanted anywhere near 20k. He made it sound like data recovery is something only the FBI can do. Initially he said no one in Ontario can do data recovery for a Mac and then it was that it would cost 20k. When I went in to pick up my computer today he acted like he didn't even recognise me at first "how can I help you" lmao. Spent 2 hours there just waiting to pick it up and told another customer about how screwed I was while I waited saying "he lost all his data, he's a complete mess, I mean just look at him right now haha" Okay.. Overall, I don't think he's a bad guy, but he definitely has maturity issues . I'm guessing late 20s but acts more like a 16 yr old who's good with computers and hence thinks it somehow makes him a better, superior person to the rest of us simpletons. It's luck of the draw what your experience is like.

I originally took my MacBook Pro to a repair place close to where I work in Vaughan, recommended by our IT guy. I was told that this shop repairs all types of computers and similar devices at reasonable rates (not a Mac specialist). After 6 weeks and 2 techs, they were dumbfounded and unable to fix my Mac. I just took it into Mac Repair Man. The owner diagnosed the problem on the spot within minutes, in my presence. Approx. 1/2 hour later my Mac was repaired and at a price that I felt was very reasonable. Ahmad, the owner is a really pleasant guy that explains exactly what he's doing and quotes his work respectfully. He seems to sincerely care about his customers. I enthusiastically recommend Mac Repair Man!!

Rude , arrogant, Deceptive and NOT a safe person to trust personal data with, Buyer beware. BIG TIME!! Again i relate not sure how this company has the reviews, its not a good representation of there business practises all, Family members? Writing this review after allowing myself a good "cool down" period. Brought machine in, was told "i don't have time for you" so i waited 2 weeks before approaching them again. "be ready on Monday" ( left it with him for a long weekend) Tuesday came in. ( extra day) sorry come back in 30 minutes wasn't touched much less knew he didn't know why it was brought in. I felt as though something very shady is going on here. After specifying again i just needed a new hard drive i came in about 30 mins later to get my computer. Came home began to reload my computer only to hear a horrendous noise like my drive was about to over spool. I pulled the computer apart only to find a used hard drive that has long since been discontinued in my machine (2013 today being 2016) that wasn't even compatible with my mac. After documenting it. running serial numbers etc. went back in only to hear . . "ya it is common business practice to put used parts back into computers, we do it all the time" Apparently for this company it is but not for any business including apple as they are directly involved in a class action law suit for this same thing. in the end i paid $160 for yet another used hard drive to go into my machine and make shift at that. I was irate, i would never recommend this place. Felt compelled to open a full fraud investigation against this company ( its what do) but gave him my word i wouldn't but i regret saying it. Buyer beware. BIG TIME.

I would definitely recommend this place before making another purchase, my MacBook Air got repaired in the spam of 10 mins after been told that it could be recycle at the Apple store (the diagnostic was perfect in other aspects but the battery). So i was referred from the Apple store to Canada computers and from there i got referred to this place which thankfully took care of my issue. My laptop is now running with no battery problems and the area of the keyboard that was expanded/swollen got instantly fixed after he placed the new battery. Saved myself from expending over a thousand dollar right now.

Ahmed is the best. Top notch service. We've been to see him a couple times for different computers. Always quick, affordable service. We bought a laptop off of him a couple weeks ago - decent price and he included a bunch of extras for free. Stupidly, I upgraded my operating system (I kept being prompted to do so) which caused all kinds of problems. When I took it back, he wiped it clean again and put all the extras back on the computer (and stopped all the upgrade notifications) at no charge. We'll definitely be back.

He was friendly and helpful (and patient) ;) and gave me great advice on my software and hardware needs (he even helped me with my internet provider!). Unbelievable. I walked in without an appointment with a dead drive in a 2011 iMac. Problem diagnosed and explained in minutes. I was out of there in 40 minutes with a new SSD installed. I got way more than I bargained for. I phoned @ 5pm and to my surprise I was told I could bring my desktop in after hours for maintainance as they were closing. After inheriting my daughter's old Powerbook, I needed a new operating system installed in order to use it. Can't say enough about this place. I had my 5 yr old Mac in a local shop for 3 days. I lost 3 days of work. They charged me $65 "diagnostic fee" and then told me it was unrepairable. Took it to Ahmad. Same day, while I waited he fixed it! AND it was a mere fraction of the cost for the repair vs buying a new Mac which I was told was my only option by the other store. Not sure about these negative comments I see about women or customer service on here, but not only did I feel completely safe but he took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms and let me watch him do the repair so I understood what he was doing. Perhaps some people do not understand his complete honest approach and sense of humour. He tells it like it is....no b.s. Some people just can't handle the hard truth I suppose lol....This guy is THE Mac Man. I won't take my stuff anywhere else ever. Thanks!!!

I am not sure how this business has gotten the reviews it has, it must be his friends. I have actually seen reviews on yelp left by the owner and one of his employees, so i would question the integrity of exemplary reviews on this site. I brought my MAC in due to a problem with it shutting down randomly. I left it with the "MAC man " and was told he would get back in a couple of weeks. A month later I returned to see what was up only to find out he had not even looked at my computer. I told him if he did not have time to do the job I would take it elsewhere. He insisted he could "fit me in". While I was there he decided the best way to determine what was up with my computer was to use it to stream youtube videos. No diagnostics were ever run to my knowledge. Me being the idiot I am , I left my machine there again. 2 months later and no word from the Mac Man. So I go in to see him again. To my amazement I find my computer in a case and am told "he thinks he knows what the problem is and has ordered a part". Sure thing Mac man. I had had enough and I took my computer home that day. Mac man told me he would call me when the part came in, that was 5 months ago and I have heard nothing, not that I would ever take my computer there again. On my visits (3) to the Mac MAN , I got the opportunity to see other customers who had work done and saw a common pattern. Customers were constantly told he could not provide them a receipt for their payment and would email them a receipt later. Major warning signs there, never heard an established business that could not provide a receipt. Another common issue was his shaming his customers for using the coupons he distributes, his response was "I would think since I did such good work you would pay me appropriately". If you do not want people to use coupons, don't issue them!!! Anyway,, buyer beware, this gentleman is so unprofessional, has little to no interest in his customers, and although he states "quick" service that does not seem to be the case (side note, not once when I entered his business was he actually working on anything). To be fair, he did seem to have reasonable prices. Do your research,, look at other review sites, then determine if the marginal cost reduction afforded by the MAC Man is worth the headaches you will encounter. There is a particularly good review on Yelp from a lady who phoned him for information and he used his call display to get her number and send her nasty text messages. Buyer beware!!!!! If I could give -5 stars to this guy I would.

Took my computer in to get the hinge fixed, which was separating. Did not get it back by the time I was promised, but sometimes things happen. However, the hinge broke again soon after despite carrying it around in soft and hard shell cases. Clearly it wasn't fixed properly. Overall, pretty disappointed.

Brought my old iMac in for diagnosis. Constantly crashing. Was told I could get it fixed for about $500, but was recommended to possibly buy a refurbished computer instead since the repair cost would be more than the value of my old iMac. Like other posters here I definitely sensed some shadiness going on. Decided to just take my iMac elsewhere for diagnosis. Mac Man actually didn't even put my computer filly back together btw. When I brought my computer to another shop.... RAM was missing from computer. Where did it go? Now I definitely have to look for another computer. Thanks Mac Repair?? Man!

RE: Retina screen replacement - Do NOT leave the store without looking carefully at your repair - my Retina screen had a crack in it - Mac Repair Man told me that I would be happy with the screen replacement he would install - when I picked up my laptop, it was busy in the store - I was rushed out the door with my laptop and I didn't have a chance to look closely at the repair - I was horrified when I tested out the screen at home.. certain background light on the display (white, light colour) brings out these embedded scratches on the screen - This is HORRIBLE - my only option is to try and get used to looking through embedded / brutal scratch marks on the screen while using the laptop or pay to get a useable screen installed by a trustworthy computer repair shop. I have used the Mac repair mans service on 4 occasions over the past 5+ years.. I am stunned and disgusted that a repair shop can put out this kind of poor quality and stand by it! I do not usually write reviews - But this one really got me angry. Do not waste your time or money with this Company.. He will make you feel like your getting a deal - he will make sure to tell you that also (snake charmer) - Buyer beware!!!

Awesome service and fair price. After spilling milk on my laptop keyboard it totally shut down and would not even start. I went to the apple store and they told me in order to fix it, it would cost way over what the laptop was worth and that I should just throw mine out and buy a new one. I then was recommended to go to the macbook repair man they were able to fix the whole lap top, for a fair price, and get all my data back. They also gave me a 90 day warranty which was really nice. Would highly recommend.

Today the Mac Repair Man replaced the battery on my 2013 15 inch MacBook Pro. As soon as I walked into his shop, I could tell he knew what he was doing. Looking around, I could see many people have trusted him with their precious laptops, and that he was very organized. He did a terrific job on my battery, and he did it in only 30 minutes. He replaced it in front of me - effortlessly - while simultaneousley engaging in friendly conversation. I'm pretty sure he could have done the job blindfolded. I absolutely got the sense that he has done this a million times - very professionally. I can't recommend him enough. Where else could I have gone to get such a great job done, so quickly, and at a good price. Tomorrow, I am going to tell all my Mac owning friends at work about this business. I live about a half hour away in Guelph, and this was well worth the drive. Considering he will fix your laptop while you wait, I think it would be worth it for someone to drive from a lot further away to to have their repair done here. I am lucky I knew someone in Guelph who recommended him to me. Excellent job Mac Repair Man!
