I visited this store a year ago to repair a cracked iPhone screen. The repair was done in less than 20 minutes and the phone continued to operate perfectly thereafter. Yesterday I went again after another family iPhone's battery swelled and cracked the screen. I chose to buy a Samsung A10s with the help of Atam. He was helpful, knowledgeable and dealing with him was great! 5-Star service yet again!

This place is the most disorganized place I have ever dealt with! When I initially took my phone in to get the glass replaced I also asked if the had a wallet case in stock, which they didn't. They mentioned they would order one in and it would be a couple of weeks. 3 weeks later I went in and they mentioned the case was in Guelph and to come back in the next day, and I didn't need to call first just stop by anytime. I went in the next day and was then told the driver was running behind by a couple of hours and it would be in later that day. I decided to give it a few days and stopped in again to find out they didn't have the case in Kitchener or Guelph. There response was they could go ahead and order another if I wanted. I decided to shop somewhere else that is more reliable! I highly recommend don't shop here unless you want to be let down.

I was quoted $160 over the phone to repair my screen. I show up in the store a half hour later and the clerk has the audacity to tell me he said $189.99 over the phone. You did not. I write down quotes when I recieve them to compare pricing. Completley unprofessional, I would never trust them with my devices.

Very horrible experience. Bad customer service. Went to repair screen. My phone was in perfect condition when I gave it to them but after a day, they called me and said my phone is not working at all!!! They made mistake and damaged the motherboard and blamed it on myself. Now I am without a phone THANKS to KW CELLUAR who RUINED my phone and everything that was inside it. Never go here if you bought your phone expensive just go to apple and pay regular price to get screen fixed instead of going here to save a few bucks. Trust me and go to apple and at least you have trust and faith that they will fix your phone without any hassle and bad experience or damage your brand new phone. My phone was brand new and just used less than 10 months. They are liars who damage your phone and then try to get you to pay them to fix the mistake that they themselves made. SAVE time and go some where else please JUST don't go here. I am a fair person but this ruined my time and cost me my phone!

I was in about 2 weeks ago with a broken screen S10e, and it was fixed and back to me in 24 hours. Pricing fair. Friends had been quoted over $100 more by other places for what I paid for the same work. My son cracked my screen. The staff inside( I forgot the names, I think one was Sam) were great with me and with my son. Really saves money in the long run, as phone was still on contract, no extended warranty, and I really was not looking to jump into another cell phone plan and contract. On that note, consider this location to do batter replacements as well as other repairs, before you rush into replacing your phone.

The kind of screens they order are unfortunately of a very low quality, and they break very easily. Broke both of them within the first week of having them replaced. Not coming back here anymore.

The most unprofessional place, they lied to me saying my phone would be ready for sure the next day one week latter and they still said the next day. We finaly go pick it up and they did nothing to the phone. The employees there were very rude only one was kind. What a huge waste of time. They also said it would cost 30-50 dollars and after they send my phone to their cambridge location they tell me it will be 80 dollars! If they new they cant do a job why waste peoples time. If they were nicer more clam at speaking not snapping when asked a question i would of given it a much better review. Update to your reply: wow you guys are great liers. I actually have the recordings of the way they spoke to us. And i also have phone call records that show you guys never once let us know what was happening throughout the week you had the phone. And i also have recordings of our phone conversations when we spoke on the phone only because i called. As i said only one guy there was kind the rest of you were not. So no i dont think that my review is unfair specially now seeing your reply. Your store is very unprofessional. Absoutly horrible service fixed my daughters phone screen but didnt fix it properly so brought it back in took 5 days to re fix the screen didnt bother to call her to pick it up. The phone is only a bit under a year old worked great no issues even with a cracked screen after fixed it first time phone didnt work properly they never said anything to me about the supposed hardware issue first time but second time all of a sudden there is a hardware issue suppose to have a 30 day warranty but wouldn't refund me my money for their error if it was a hardware issue they should have sae it the first time one gentleman in there was very rude and obviously didnt care at all not good business or customer service.

I came in to have the charging port replaced ok my Pixel 4XL. Had previously received a quote which was fair and reasonable. I walked in unannounced and gave my device explaining what I came for. He took it in the back for 15 mins and removed an obstruction in the charging port and handed the device back to me no charge. They could have easily take the phone and charged me for replacing the port and I would have been completely satisfied. Professional and honest. Couldn't ask for more.

I have used this store two times in the past with great results. This time just the opposite, I had severely damaged my iPad, I bent the metal case and smashed the glass but it was usable until I started to get splinters. They had it in the shop for two months ( length of time my fault I forgot it was there I have two other tablets ). When I called they said the repairs would cost about $280 which is not bad considering the damage, they said they would give me $80 for it and I was fine with it but when I went to get my money the iPad was frozen and I was told they needed to get into iCloud to change something it would not except my passcode so basically said there was nothing they could do no $80 and I was not paying $260 for a tablet that I can't use that was supposed to be fixed. Frustrated because I was being told row different things I left no iPad no $80 I will never go back there never

To my surprise many repair shops in the Cambridge area will not sell you replacement parts directly insisting that they do all repairs themselves. Not only was KW Cellular willing to sell me the part I was looking for but they were also the most reasonably priced as well. KW Cellular had my phone repaired within 30min. The total cost came to $60 to replace the usb flex cable and to resolder the socket connections to mobo. Great service at reasonable prices. I would recommend based on my first experience.

Do not use this place to fix anything.... I dropped off my GPS to have the charging port fixed. They lost my unit and then fought me saying I never dropped it off. Their story changed everytime I spoke to the same guy. They then "found" my unit and I picked it up. It was not fixed and then looking closer at it the unit was missing all the screws and was pieced back together. I use this unit for work as I'm a truck driver now I'm out the money for the unit cause its garbage. .

Took in work computer to get power supply replaced and was quoted $80 for proper part They installed A cheeper $35 power supply that is improper for this application and billed me $90 plus $50 labor In the process of instal they cracked the graphics card ($90) part and refused to take responsibility for it My receipt was invalid to input info to work due to missing info that the owner gave me a hard time about to get the proper info but after 3 attempts I was able to get valid hst number that he didn't want to supply The owner did a follow up call with me after that resulted in unresolved dispute he then had a temper tantrum and was threatening me followed by hanging phone up on me

They had an ad on kijiji: BRAND NEW lg g5 for $425. I called them, they confirmed the ad. When i got to the store the young guy behind the counter said the phone costs $450. I told him the ad said $425, he phoned his boss and told me, OK $425. When i asked about the manufacturer's warranty he said there wasn't one because it's not a brand new phone! I don't think I can trust these guys. I'm going to order one from Swiftronics: brand new, $400.

I used their services to fix my Mac Laptop that had water damage. The water damage resulted in a black screen, no audio, battery issues and a corrupted memory card. They completed a diagnosis within just a few days and informed me that they could order the different parts needed to replace the damaged motherboard. Within a week, I received a call that my laptop was in excellent working condition. Although they had to reset my laptop as they could not recover my data, they still recommended other places that specialize in retrieving data from a corroded SD card. If I had taken my laptop to an Apple technician, I would have been charged close to $1000. KW Cellular charged me a fraction of the price, and I could not be more satisfied with the results. Thank you so much! I highly recommend you use their services! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent service! I went in with a friend the other day looking for a diagnostic on the iPhone 6s. The attendant "Azeem" offered a free cleaning to see if it would help prior to doing a replacement for the speaker. He even offered to take the phone apart to clean the inside at no additional cost. There were no attempts to up-sell other services I did not need. I appreciate the genuine advice & help with my device. I would definitely recommend coming here for good honest service that's fast!
