I've worked in customer service for 17 years so I truly appreciate it when I receive great customer service. Stewart, and the techs (i didnt catch his name unfort) were reassuring they would help fix my sons laptop and found a way to reduce the time it was spent with them to avoid my son missing any of his online learning. They were friendly and you could tell they enjoyed doing what they do! I haven't finished dealing with them but I felt there was no reason to finish my interaction with them to let the world know their level kf service.

Friendly gentleman, answered a few of my questions about my HP Laptop that just blew, as I was there to purchase a new one. Unfortunately they don't sell HP and I needed a new one today. Was going to see if the old one could be salvaged as a backup, in case but, motherboard is fried so it's not worth the price or the time to repair a 10 year old laptop. Great service. Highly recommended this store for computer purchase or repair.
