Called them out of the blue because they were close to home for me and I was desperate to get my suddenly unbootable (turned out the SSD failed) laptop running again. Luke looked after me quickly (I had the computer back to same day with a new drive and all my data intact), communicatively (he kept me informed every step the way and let me decide if I wanted to continue with the old drive or install a new one), and at what I considered to be a very fair price. He'll be my go to guy from now on!!
