I went in there with my brand new Epson Printer which had a 'paper feed' problem since these guys were the authorized repair center for Epson. Both the guys there were thorough gentleman and helped me out sincerely by connecting me to Epson support and pointing out the problem and ordering a replacement for me. I was on their phone with Epson for 40 mins but they attended to me with a lot of patience and helped me resolve my issue. I give them 5 + Stars for being courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone. They have a lot of deals on site and had I known before I would have bought it from them and not bloody staples.

The staff at IG Office are amazing! I've been dealing with them for over a decade for all of our printer, computer, laptop needs. They always offer prompt service. Willing to lend a helping hand over the phone if need be. I would recommend anyone to go to them if you need to buy a laptop or computer or printer or if you need service. Everyone is so nice and willing to help as soon as you walk thru the door. Hats off to the staff at IG Office, Sheldon, Izu, Anna, John, Larry, and Mike Great job all :)

Izu at I.G. Office was amazing to deal with. I purchased a typewriter from an individual on Kijiji not knowing that it was in terrible condition and could not be refurbished. Izu took a look at it and informed us of this but did not charge for the inspection. This was a birthday gift for my significant other who is an author. He felt terrible for me and the dud of a machine I bought so he decided to refurbish an antique piece of his own and sell me this amazingly exquisite machine that I could then gift to my darling for his birthday. He was in tears!!! It was true blue collar Omer service at its finest and I was blown away! I will absolutely be going back and referring everyone I know to I.G. Office for any computer/typewriter needs!!! Thank you!!!

I recently had a problem with my ancient business laptop with non-functioning keys. Not only did John and Sheldon fix it, they installed a new processor. My laptop is now working about 300% faster. All for a very reasonable price (total about $165.00 including new drive and keyboard.) I certainly recommend I.G. Office for your computer needs!

I was sent here by Epson Product Support. I got excellent and knowledgeable attention to my scanner cleaning problem; they found a cleanser that was safe on the plastic protective window, but would also remove the dot of red ink that was fouling the scans. No more than about 10-15 minutes of time in the shop; some good advice on how to keep the scanner/copier/printer clean; and "no charge, all we want for a job this small is your good will".

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, MISLEADING & NON RELIABLE COMMUNICATION TO THE CONSUMER!!! I took in my MacPro Laptop whereby it needed a new keyboard. I received a phone call couple of days later from them stating that they have to order the part from Apple itself & will take a couple of weeks. Six-8 weeks later went to pick it up & learned they put a generic keyboard NOT an Apple part on my Mac Pro as previously advised.Really? When questioned why they did so. Their response was If we were to order a part for an Apple computer then it would have cost more and we like to keep prices down. I exclaimed that they did not give me that option to decide as I was told they were ordering an Apple part NOT a generic part for my Apple. Plus they switched my power cord on ne stating that I didn’t bring one into the shop!!! Oh yes I did! Labour costs: 220$ for labour & 66$ for keyboard with screw sets. Completely different keyboard. In my opinion-you deserve less than 1 star but that’s the only way I can write the review. If you offered to order the Apple part and put it on with no extra labour charges then this may be a better review. But you offered absolutely nothing for your error - no negotiation, non accountable, non trust worthy or reliable. Word of mouth works a long way. Shame shame shame

Bought a laptop 6 months ago from the guys at I.G. Office. Tuesday October 28/20 my laptop wouldn't connect to our Wifi, so I gave them a call mid afternoon. They gave me a couple of tips to try at home & they said if that doesn't work then just bring it in later that afternoon so they can test it. The wifi works fine so its a problem with our router. Great service, fast & efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone to them for their computer needs or repairs. Great job guys, Thank a bunch..
