I just had a great experience. I thought my phone screen was cracked. I left the phone with them while I shopped. When I returned they let me know it was the screen protector that was cracked and there was no charge! Honestly these guys could have made over 300 dollars off me and I would have been none the wiser. So kudos to Joe and Cody!

A friend spilled beer in my PC. Cleaning required removal of the CPU heat sink and fans etc. I didn't have any thermal paste to re-apply after said cleaning. I called in to see if they sell thermal paste. Joe said he'd give em enough to get the PC back up and running. I was there 30 minutes later and Joe game me enough to get the PC working again. It saved me easily a week of downtime since I didn't have to wait for things to ship. A gesture that has earned a loyal customer! Thanks Joe!
