Awesome service they came out to my home picked up my phone replaced my screen and dropped the phone back off in under an hour. Best part was I did not have to leave my house to get my phone repaired. Awesome Service I will definitely use you in the future and recommend you to everyone I know.

I was very pleased with my RepairIT experience. The rep listened to my issues and paid attention to what I had to say. He was able to diagnose the problem, acquire the part and have my computer back to me in short order. He was very gracious, and mindful of COVID-19 safety. I was very thankful that he worked with my availability when picking up and returning my computer. The price estimate was the cost of the repair and he communicated clearly what and why it would cost the amount. There was no up sell and he took the time to answer questions and follow up to ensure my computer was working. I have had no issues since the repair, but if I ever do I know who to call. Great customer service experience.
