I know my way around PCs and Androids but IOS devices still leave me feeling technologically compared. My iOS unfamiliarity recently left me stumped, when I was getting sub-par performance that didn't match the clocked-out specs of my seriously tweaked Power Mac. They say they open at 9 on the website so I go there for 9:15 not open come back at 10:30 still not open.(on a Tuesday) Finally go in at 11 and buddy just got there. Get my phone screen fixed and about an hour later it starts to act weird. Didn't even want to go back in to deal with the guy. Terrible service 190$ for a iPhone screen that is 30$ on ebay

Honest service at a great price! I took my MacBook Pro in to get fixed, Lucas determined it was a warranty issue - I was grateful that he didn't try to sell me repairs that weren't needed. Happy with the hard drive replacement on my Mac a few months ago as well. I highly recommend him.

Lukas and Sean were awesome today! First I went in to see if I could repair an old iPhone, it couldn't be done and Lukas tried everything but to no avail. I then went home and did some work around the yard and my iPhone6+ literally fell out of my pocket and fell the ground and smashed the screen....I called Lukas and he said he could have it done in an hour! Sean was there when I returned, extremely informative, polite & professional. Amazing service!

Excellent service, friendly staff. I called Tuesday, then stopped by to confirm the part/pay. The weather delayed the part, which came in at noon on Thursday. I had my phone back in my hands, completely fixed by 5:30 pm Thursday even though they were super busy. Really appreciate their speed and professionalism!

Stupidly over priced, screen wasnt even put on properly so the buttons are all mess up and the screen sticks out so even with a heavy duty, closed, case the corner of the screen broke off dropping it from maybe 2 feet once ???? never going back dont waste your money just get a new phone it costs about the same anyways

Charges more than Kelowna stores for screen replacement. On top of that, charged an extra $50 because he broke something while taking phone apart and wants me to cover his mistake. Possibly wrong screen protector installed (doesn't cover screen), but definitely on crooked.

Hands down best place to have your device repaired. My girlfriend and I looked around for 2 days to get her Samsung A8 repaired. This was the only place that could have it done without waiting 2 weeks. IN TWO DAYS she got her phone back. Works like new. And for a great price. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a device repaired.

Its not often a person changes a review, but today i am. I took my phone in for a new screen they did the repair fast and efficiently, sadly the phone took a tumble the next day and the LCD under the screen cracked. Initially my response and review was unfavorable, However after conversations with Shawn i'm changing my review to 5 star and a positive. experience. My only comment is this if you want your phone to be good as it was spend the extra coin buy the OEM screen. Good job Shawn

Have used multiple Repair Express locations, and seem to get a consistent experience at each. They do out of town repairs, same or next day shipping with a fast turn around. I am disgustingly hard on phones, and these guys make it affordable for me to be a man child!
