Called the store to see if they had a cable for installing a new hard drive. Not only did they have the cable, but they gave it to me free of charge. Couldn't recommend this place more ????

Price is Right isn't Newegg or Amazon but differentiates itself with customer service and engagement. If you need a cheap refurb PC, hard to find component for an older PC, server hardware, volume order, or generally obscure product that typical retail stores aren't going to carry or even know what you're talking about, then Brad at Price is Right has got you covered. I'm pretty sure most of his business comes by word of mouth which says a lot on its own. I first purchased a PC from him back in the late 90's and a number of others since then. He'll go the extra mile for his customers and I recommend him to people all the time.

Terrible customer service. They will not replace a defective battery they sold me a month ago. I email and don't here back for a week. Promised call backs have gone unmade. Do not use these guys, all you will have is headaches. Still waiting for my call back.
