I have had a problem with my laptop connecting to wifi for months now so I went in to NCR. I got in 20 minutes to closing and they had me out in 15. Super great - would recommend them to anyone in need of computer help. EDIT/UPDATE: Despite the tech's efforts from the visit above, my computer continued to have wifi issues and eventually shut down completely (though that was not their fault, as it was aging).

My experience with this company and staff was truly outstanding... I bumped my laptop off the coffee table damaging the hard drive. Zane was able to replace the damaged hard drive with a new one. He then transferred as much stored data as he could from the damaged hard drive to the new hard drive. The customer service, pricing and product knowledge was remarkable... I did learn a valuable lesson… Back up all your important files to an external hard drive on a window based computer. Thanks again Zane…

These guys kick @$$!!!! I bought a gaming computer which is beast of a machine compared to what it replaced. When I got it home (I now live 12 hours away from Kelowna, but I grew up in the Okanagan) I fired it up and was getting no output from the vid card. The whole team tried to help but we just couldn't get the card to work correctly. They have went above and beyond customer service expectations. They've stayed on the phone with me for what has seemed hours and hours to fix my problem. We're just doing one final step to ensure all hardware is working correctly and we will go from there. They have given me a solution regardless of what the final test reveals. And for that I'm very grateful. I wouldn't recommend you go here for your computer needs, I would STRONGLY SUGGEST you go no where else but these guys! Great staff, great products and they actually care about their customers!! A lot of other retailers could learn a lot from these guys! I just can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Eric and Zane (hope I spelt your name right). You guys made a problem fixable and have went above and beyond in helping me get this solved. You guys kick @$$!!!

The battery in my Razer Blade started swelling up. I’m flying in 3 days and they were really helpful in getting that battery out and letting me know how to dispose of it! They even cleaned out the dust from the inside of my laptop. Highly recommend them!

Amazing service, Eric is a miracle man. Had an accident with my new laptop being pulled off my table and the ac jack got pushed in, was looking at a minimum $250(the other places I checked were charging for diagnosis and repair separately). NCR skips the diagnosis fee and elevates it directly to the repair fee if repairs are needed, saving me the original $50. The whole thing only cost $89 for a pretty serious repair, and my laptop has been running perfectly. Was originally skeptical about trusting someone with my new gaming laptop, checked a lot of reviews, this place seemed the most trustworthy. The few negative reviews I saw received answers from the owner, and the complaints seemed to be irate customers with absurd reasoning. To sum it up: -Terrific friendly staff -Great, fast service -Owner is interactive (calls for updates, doesn't make decisions without your approval) -Very fairly priced

These guys are the best. You do not need to go anywhere else. They are super knowledgeable, and truly listen to the client suggestions, needs, and wants. Plus, you cannot beat their prices. I recently had my gaming laptop in for diagnostic work which did not point to any true or definite cause to my issue (hardware, software, drivers, etc). This was a very long drawn out process, and all technicians were working on the issue. Adam, Zane and Eric were all super from installing new driver packages, to trouble shooting software issues, to installing a newer version of Windows, checking memory, CPU, GPU. They were open to my suggestions (and expertise with my laptop), gave their own suggestions, and were very accommodating to all of my phone calls and in person drop ins. They are an A+++ company, and stand behind their work and treat their customers with great respect. Thanks guys...I will most definitely be back.

Referred to NCR from Ken @ Next Generation Computers as they no longer handle retail clients. Zane took extra care to confirm all the components I brought in and had it ready to roll within a week. Everything was seamless and professionally tied in. A week later, I was having some screen lock issues and Zane said to leave it with him for some bench tests - no charge. Looks like a motherboard bios update was the culprit and Zane installed a different version and all is well! Good Job guys!

I got hacked with a really nasty virus that completely blocked me from doing anything on my computer. Although it took them some extra time to get it sorted, they did an excellent job and for a very reasonable price (1/3 of what I was quoted elsewhere.

Came in on Sept 25th to buy a new case for my existing rig, and price out my new build. I was first told that they couldn't order anything because the boss had to pay his credit card off. After giving them the list of components i was told that they would call me back with pricing. As of October 13th, i have not received a call back yet. I ended up ordering all of my components through memory express and Newegg. preferred to support local shops even if pricing is better online (i don't even know, i wasn't given prices) but my experience here was not great. Other reviews appear to be fantastic, I'm assuming that i was blessed with an employee that is unable to follow through with his job. I did not catch his name, but he was large in stature.

Had a montior cable no other store in town had. Staff are very polite and helpful. 8/24/2018 Revisited this place again for a few cables for a computer set up and my opinion hasn't changed. Staff are still very nice and helpful, and their selection beats every other store in town.

Staff are nice but be aware that a majority of components (my comments are only related to components, I have no experience with the rest of their services) are priced well above MSRP. Good option if you need something right away and worth asking as a few prices are comparable. It's hard to shop local for PC parts with such a cost difference ????

I love these guys. This is one of the few good computer places where they don't overcharge or high pressure sales in comparison to the big box stores. I have an 8yr old Toshiba qosmio and they keep it running. They did some follow up work on my machines DC jack and they gave me a heads up that my hard drive is going on me so I can prepare for the death and not lose everything

Needed hard drive replaced on laptop. Was offered upgrade to Windows 10, bought that. Took laptop home and HDMI cable was not being picked up in audio. This is a common problem when upgrading the operating system but obviously not common enough for this half assed computer repair shop to check and fix before handing it back and charging me. Absolute joke....my advice, save your money, watch youtube and fix it yourself.

Great customer service. Came in last minute with an urgent need to get some replacement parts for my PC on boxing day. To my surprise they had what I needed even after the Christmas rush. Zane even offered to see if another customer was going to use a part I needed to help me save money. Unfortunately for me, the other customer decided to use that part so I ended up spending a bit more. I've been in there before years ago and the experience was equally pleasant.

A NCR rep showed me how I could fix it myself, gave my computer a quick dusting, and gave me a general education on my computer's parts and things to watch out for. Went to a big box store that sells Macs. Wanted to get my mac fixed as it had constant spinning wheel. The service guy didn't even look at MacBook, said could not be fixed. Went to National Computer. The service advisor listened to what the problem was, talked to the gentleman that works with Macs and said they would try and remedy the problem. Got a call an hour later, saying it was the hard drive but could be replaced. Three days later, i had it back and it works, as good as new.So glad I had the inclination to get a second opinion. Saved me 1500. not having to buy a new mac when I didn't need one. Thanks Adam and I'm sorry, I don't have the name of the guy who fixed the computer.
