So I bought a used phone at Mobile klinik while in Edmonton while on holidays ,,,,, but it was acting up and I wasn't comfortable ,,,, when I got back to the Okanagan , I went into the Kelowna location Andrew asked for 1/2 hour to reset and diagnostic test it, He said all was well, exp.ained a few things and didn't charge me . You are personable and an asset to the company.

I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired they said it would be done in three days it ended up taking 3 weeks then when they said it was done to pick up i went there and it wasn't ready they kept saying 20 minutes it will be ready I kept going back and it ended up taking over 4 hours of me waiting and arguing with them and at one point they said my phone was broken and can't be fixed and it was my fault when it was theirs if I could give this place no stars I would horrible service horrible experience go somewhere else save yourself the hassle this place is a complete joke

Also suggested some pricing and updates to get rid of my old one and when it crashed, I came in and they fixed it and another one with a battery issue that really just needed some cleaning. Went in to have a glass replace estimate on my S9. $329 +Taxes. decided to buy another S9 on contract. Took my old one back to see if they wanted it. Lady initially told me she'd give me a hundred bucks but had to replace the screen to verify something.. said she would give me a call in a couple hours. Guy called an hour later and said it was worth nothing.. Brand new S9 with a broken Screen worth nothing .. yeah right. something was off there. Just saying. Their store did say buy and sell used phones and they had an S9 in the display case for $599

If you're looking to have your phone repaired, this is the best, most affordable, most personable and genuine store you can pick. Here's the biggest difference - the staff here really cares. Like seriously. When you walk into Mobile Klinik, they may not know how to spell Clinic correctly, but they'll make sure you're taken care of, as if you're friends and family. I brought in my phone on the Friday (which was missing glass from the screen, cracked across the screen, and pretty well cut me every time I typed on the phone) and had parts and fully fixed by the end of the day on Monday. A big hangup for me, was I use my phone for business purposes and couldn't be without a phone for the day. Even though it wasn't typical business practice, the General Manager of the store, Cole Adams, let me use a spare PERSONAL PHONE he had. This was completely unrelated to Mobile Klink, even though it wasn't his problem, he cared enough to make sure I was taken care of properly. This is the type of person you want working for you. Mobile Klink in Kelowna is un-rivaled in customer service. I was absolutely blown away. Thank you!!

Originally went there with my s21 when the sim card port stopped working. Switched my sim to my a71 and within a week the charging port wasn't working so I went back. Brought my Samsung Galaxy S9+ in for a front screen replacement on May 20, 2020 through insurance on my phone provider. The staff (unfortunately didn't catch their names) were excellent. They were very informative and courteous. When I picked my phone up the next day, the guy informed me that they installed a brand new battery and replaced the glass on the back side too at no extra charge. Highly recommend this location for their excellent service and knowledge! Warranty provided on their repairs are a bonus.

I was distraught I had messed up my brand new phone I had accidentally pushed the sim card way into its slot and it was the wrong way I brought it to Mobile Klinik figuring it was a pretty big deal. The woman at the front was very helpful told me she could fix it in an hour probably took my information and i left. I had a birthday dinner so I didnt return to the mall that day but called next morning expecting either it not to be fixable or a huge bill. Well the woman told me my phone was all fixed and I incredulously asked her well im so happy what do I owe you guys and she said nah im not going to bill you because it didnt take me very long and it really was no trouble so I wont charge you. So she literally saved my brand new phone didnt charge me and was very nice and helpful about everything both of my interactions with her. I actually never got her name but shes a rockstar of a cell phone nurse thanks a milli your awesome! And so is the Orchard Park Mobile Klinik! Props

So I went in to the store on Sunday Morning Dec 22nd. I had a broken phone and an older model to replace it. There was a young man working named Cole. He was courteous, and was really knowledgeable. There were quite a few obstacles, as I'm guilty of not remembering passwords, email address(past one) but he ventured on and two hours later i had a working phone in me hand at a very reasonable price. Several times it seems like he hit dead end with the old phone, but when I thought he was going to say it wasn't going to work, he would instead say, I'm going to try something else. Big shout out to this young man and his store. I love to review when I have such great service.

The efficient, friendly and quick service was such a treat. I had many 'Techs' try to find the answer to my problem, spent hours on the phone trying to get help - walked into Mobile Klinik and in less than 10 minutes the problem was discovered, fixed and there was no charge! I was out the door with my cell phone working the way it was supposed to. Thank you.

Can't recommend anywhere in Kelowna more highly. Walked in, and although the staff were obviously busy, gave us their friendly attention immediately. Cole and his colleague were more than helpful and had my phone back in working order in less than 10 minutes. Incredible service and saved me a lot of money! Highly recommended.
