Fantastic!! My iPhone wouldn't charge anymore, I called Apple and they told me that if I took it to iWorld they'd have a quick look at it and send it off for repair for me. I went to iWorld in Kelowna on a Sunday at lunch time and they jumped right in to assist me! About 20 minutes to check out my phone and confirm the issue. Another 20 minutes to set up my new phone and I was on my way! Awesome!! Geoffery and Chris ROCK!!

I would like to share my unfortunate experience with this store iworld solutions and with this company. They say that they are an Apple authorized dealer. I purchased a Christmas gift- a very expensive iPhone. It turned out to be a little too big. We returned the brand new, never used iPhone to exchange for a smaller design. The store manager at iworld in the mall in Kelowna was very rude. He said he would not return or exchange and we should have read the fine print. Buyer be aware. Do not shop here unless you are 100% sure that you will not return your new purchase. What a terrible experience at Christmas.

This store has always given me a positive experience when I visit. I have been helped 3-5 times on various occasions now and the staff have always been consistent each time. The staff at this location are knowledgeable, polite, quick, and willing to put the time in/work through educating you on their products and services. It does not feel at all like they are pressuring you towards a sale for commission (often experienced at a kiosk). Today I was helped by a young guy named Sam ???? Definitely recommend this retailer for anyone looking to avoid long hold times with TELUS/Apple and want good face to face customer service.

I casually strolled into iworld yesterday just to talk about some MacBooks which I had researched and already had intended to buy from a neighboring competitor shop. Whilst browsing, a sales staff came who was quite helpful but also made a disclaimer that he just started last week when I started asking specific questions, which I found to be quite honest and hilarious, lol. He then got me his senior, Channing, who was very efficient and thorough and low and behold I bought the MacBook there and then (which was also $70 cheaper than the same one which I had reserved elsewhere). Recognizing that I was an ardent PC user with zero Mac-Ability apart from using an iPhone, he set up my MacBook and showed some basic usage utilities which was very helpful. An FYI, I also wanted to buy an iPad but it was out of stock. Found it cheaper from the competitor shop. So I did a mix and match which worked out well. Competition is good for buying best goods (pun intended). Keep up the good work iworld !

UPDATE --------------- After our previous experience which led us to rate our shopping experience a 1-star, we were contacted by Vish from iWorld who took the situation in hand and went out of his way to make sure they made things right for us. Dealing with Vish was a solid 5-stars. My husband now has a phone he is happy with (although we did have to wait a few weeks for stock to come in), and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you Vish, your professionalism is very much appreciated. ********************************************************************** Disappointing experience. My husband broke his work phone and we had gone in to see about repair. Told us they no longer do repairs and sent us across town to the one store in Kelowna that does certified repairs, only to find out they could not help us without an appointment. Decided to buy a new one instead as we were heading out of town for a funeral and needed the phone for our business calls. The repair place did not sell phones so they sent us back to iWorld. On returning to iWorld we explained that we now needed to purchase a phone. They offered and sold us an iPhone 8 without telling us there were newer models available. We spent a lot of money there to buy the phone, a new case (as our old one no longer fit that model) and the apple icare plan. We discovered 2 days later that we could have purchased an iPhone XS instead with much better/newer technology and that the iPhone XR is also set to be released in a couple weeks. That would mean the phone we had just bought would basically be obsolete in 1-2 years. When we called the store to explain that we had wanted a newer model than what they had sold us and that we hadn't been told we were being sold older technology, the guy on the phone told us we could not return it as it had been used, even though we told him we were wanting to pay the difference to outright purchase the newer more expensive phone. He said they hadn't offered the XS to us as they did not have it in stock. He said we could sell it privately or that they could buy it back from us (obviously as a reduced price, as he also said we would have to wait till the tech was in to look at it). Never spending another dollar in that store - EVER.

Although I didn't purchase a product from iWorld, Scott was absolutely phenomenal. I was on the hunt for a new iPad and overwhelmed by all the different models and Scott was exceptionally helpful in pointing me in the right direction. On a recent business / pleasure trip through the Okanagan I needed to upgrade my iPhone6+ to an iPhone 12 Pro Max. This place not only had one in stock they also offered to migrate all my data from one phone to the other in under an hour. Reluctantly I agreed and although skeptical it was a perfect migration. Everything was successfully moved over and I was happy and on my way. I believe the gentleman's name in Kelowna was Scott - he was very knowledgeable and professional and knew what I needed. I was the victim of ransom ware which trashed my iMac hard drive and destroyed my time machine. I need the iMac for my business. Justin put himself to the task and with much ado was able to rescue the files off the time machine to build an iMac from the ashes. Justin felt my pain and took ownership of the problem without delay. What else can a person ask for.

So I went into I world and I asked the guy where the bathroom was. Because I needed to use the bathroom. So the guy who was standing there he seems real polite and he says "that's gonna be about tree fiddy." I didn't see much problem with it, so I said yes. But it wasn't this exact second that I realize this is no I world employee. This was the loch Ness monster. So I said "God damnit monster. It wasn't even 2 weeks ago you came asking me for money and now you do it again? What makes you think I'm gonna give your my tree fiddy??" If you're reading this monster then find someone else to ask for tree fiddy next time! I'm sick of it!

My phone has been glitching for a while now. It finally got to the point where I had no contacts, no favourites, no email, text messaging was spinning and my phone was useless. Frustrated, I went to Telus where I bought my phone. They redirected me to iWorld where Justin F. took the time to fix my phone. He listened thoughtfully as I explained my glitching phone. He was very helpful and kind as he explained what he was doing as he went along. He was the most knowledgable person I've ever met that deals with iphones. I feel confident that my phone will run smoothly now and I can come back anytime for assistance or questions I might have. Staff don't seem to know what they are talking about, and the store has pretty bad selection. Save yourself the time and look up what you need on the internet. Once you actually know the product you want, pick it up here and be on your way, or even just get it at Best Buy.

Bought a small Bluetooth speaker in Jun2019, worked great for 2 months and then would not connect with my iPad. Went back to the store and they do not stand by the products they sell. I have to contact the manufacturer. So they are a local company and they do nothing. I should have gone to Costco or Walmart, both have an awesome return policy! Worst service I have ever received in my life. I took my phone in JUST to have the screen fixed and when I came back I received it with an even more broken screen, broken home button, as well as a broken power button and was told they were not going to fix it. I had to phone Apple Support and talk to a supervisor that then told me she would call them personally to have them cover the costs of what they broke on my phone. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I found this to be a HUGE waste of my time considering a traditional interview would be better considering I didn’t even get a job there. Don’t even waste your time going through the hiring process here because you probably won’t get a job at this place.

I had an issue with my MacBook Air and brought it to the store. They worked on it for 2 hrs and fixed the issue. They called to let me know it was ready to be picked up and when I asked how much I owed they said it was on the house today. Excellent service and really appreciated the help.

Was referred to go to this store by Apple Canada because i had a broken screen. Went to store and they indicated they don't do repairs and sent me to some shady cell repair shop EK Cell Repair on enterprise for my iphone 6 screen replacement. They told me to take his business card and the rep put his name on the back. They did the repair and now the screen has dead spots and lacks the function to work properly. Contacted Apple Canada and they said that now my warranty is void as an independent repair shop did my repair. This place is a joke and so is EK Cell Repair. Worst service ever. Don't bother going to this place for repairs as they are not Apple just a reseller. Call Apple and do it right via them. Don't waste your time with these idiots! If i could give theme zero stars i would.

Justin was particularly patient and had a way of explaining things in plain english so to speak with a non techie individual such as myself. He took charge and was very knowledgeable with my products and the issues I was having. His 'can do' caring and professional attitude was greatly appreciated.

I have had a couple of dealings with i world connect Kelowna and both times have been professional and flawless. Sam has gone to great lengths to offer amazing service and knows his stuff. I was hesitant at first to get a new phone but just speaking to him left me feeling confident and he did not disappoint. Horrible experience! They took our iPhone 6 with charging issues and gave us a bent refurb that continues to randomly restart and then completely shuts down and needs to be reset to factory (losing data each time). After multiple 134 km round trips (this is the closest authorized repair centre) and getting mad, I was put through to the store manager, Nathan, who bashed the Apple product before promising he would make sure we were taken care of... Another trip - listened to Nathan do nothing but lie and be disrespectful - and the phone is still doing the same thing!!! Frustrated, I went directly to Apple - they are sending us a new phone via courier (no refurb crap)... Save yourself the headache and aggravation - DON'T even try to deal with this place!!!

Bought an iPhone SE here may 2020, they sold me apple care insurance claiming my insurance would replace the handset up to two times and there was no limit on screen damage repairs. They offered me no paperwork nor did i sign anything it was a verbal agreement. Its now Feb 2021 and i have screen damage for a third time, apple says i am no longer covered as there was a 2 repair maximum in the insurance despite this store telling me there was no limit. Apple recommended i call the store as they were at fault for mis selling me insurance. I called and spoke to the manager today, by the tone of his voice he couldn't care less. he told me the person who sold me the insurance no longer works there and thats about it really. As far as i am concerned the store is at fault for not giving the employee the correct training. I would definitely not shop here again, I'm sure they dont care but hopefully i can stop others having a bad experience. These guys are liars in their response I did not sign anything nor did they hand me anything. I contacted the email they provided for further questions and they ignored my email. Very poor customer service.

My first company review.Such an embarrassing and frustrating experience. This happened a month back but after I saw another negative review about a customer being fooled for being sold a used product and offered no customer support after purchase. I have decided to share my experience. I called this store ahead asking for a wireless charger compatible with my phone now since I was coming in from 2 hours away I double checked and they confirmed the product they have in store would work with my battery case. However after purchase it turned out the product was not compatible. When I called back and spoke to the manager my concern was not addressed and this situation was handled unprofessionally. I had to call their other location to let them know whats going on. I would not stop into any of their locations even if they were giving away free computers. Customer service is not what like it used to be like atleast not with this company. PATHETIC. Folks don't waste your time here!

This is my first bad review I’ve ever written and I feel very compelled to do so. Every time I come to this store I think it will be better and it’s not. I had a simple question about my iPhone and the guy who helped me today (July 17) was so rude and made me feel so stupid in the store for not knowing. His “advice” didn’t fix the problem on my phone. I told him I had tried what he did and he laughed and said ok well that’s how you fix it. Awful experience, awful staff, I will never recommend anyone here.

Bought an apple watch and it would not sync and when it did the screen locked and would not function at all. Brought it back to the store 10 days later... as I live in Trail and could not just pop back to the store. Was told it was passed the 7 days return policy. Now I have to send it to apple. Why have a "apple" store that can't actually take care of a customer warranty. They are NOT an apple store. They are only a retail store authorized to sell apple products. They don't even accept warranty claims at the store. They give you a name of another company to contact to send it to for repairs. Absolutely zero customer service!

It's my first time writing a review for a company, and I have to tell you, the service there is extremely bad. I was shopping at the mall this afternoon, all sales from others stores were so nice and friendly. When I walked in i World, no one seemed to welcome me. I walked towards one of the sales, he was just leaning on the table looking at me. I said hi to him first, and asked him some questions. He was leaning on the table all the time, talking to me in an unfriendly manner, and seemed like he didn't want to help me at all. It's hard to see a rude person in Kelowna, but I just found one at iworld!

I went to the store to find a case for my iPhone 6+ but there was nothing that I liked. Channing approached me and showed me both sides of cases but I explained I did not like Any of them. Without direction he says to me that they sold the last book book. I turned and said that is EXACTLY what I wanted. None of them could answer any of my questions, and didn't even know what type of services they offered. I don't even think they know how an Apple product works... Unreal Service, I went to iWorld after having a lot of difficulties at another store. I had 20 days left on my warranty. They were very helpful, took 20 minutes to look at my phone. After they found the problem, they gave me another phone for free. Would definitely recommend this place.

Yesterday over the phone I got a quote from Iworld for one of their Imac. Because the quote was extremely appealing, today I went to the store just to be surprised that they could not honor the quote given to me yesterday and they were actually charging me an extra $450.00 for the same computer. The trust that I had for that store is gone. I'm looking for alternatives. So a quick update, the store manager apologize and twice I received from the store a new quote always saying that that particular quote was the lowest they could go. I'm frustrated and disappointed at the fact that they cannot honor their word. I'm not interested in dealing with them anymore.

Went in with problem connecting hearing aides to I phone to call out hands free. Took awhile on Sat didn't get fixed went in sun personnel went on Apple site found solution and fixed problem. 3 Senior advisors with apple failed to fix problem waited for months for them to find and fix problem they failed. Better Service than could ever be expected. I need my laptop for work. they got it in within a day. check over the issues fixed the broken fan. After I got it back I found an issues neither of us caught the 1st time around (i wouldn't charge) The tech came in on his day off and fixed it within 3 hours for me so I could use it at work that day. That kind of service you can't expect from anyone. I will always go back to them for my apple service.

Worst experience ever undertrained staff did not even give us a hint of what we wanted first we waited 15 minutes to open then when we finally got in. Need a new phone and was told that we would have to wait to buy a non Bell phone from their website.

Had a great experience. They were friendly and very helpful. Helped me solve problems while saving money on my computer and would defiantly go back if I have more issues. Unlike Geek squad and best buy they do not take all your money. The guys working a re very efficient, professional and nice and I would highly recommend going to them if you have laptop issues.

Worst customer service! Felt like I was being given the runaround. Told to make an appointment to do more later in the week. When attended at later appointment, did not listen to me when I told them we had done all the steps they advised already. Implied we were lying about problems. Randomly deleted some photos from the phone without asking if they were important. Gave a bunch of unhelpful reasons (that were not valid) for problem. Basically, the service person didn't care and didn't really want to help. I never return to a place if there is bad service.

I was having problems with my Iphone and as an essential services worker, needed a reliable phone asap. I went to IWorld and was assisted by Sam. I explained my situation and he had my phone operational in less than 1/2 hr. So grateful to him, thanks again Sam! They were also aware of staying safe and employed safe practices. I highly recommend IWorld. They're friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

Horrible. They claimed my macbook had liquid damage and therefore my apple care didn't cover it without even looking inside of the computer. They said the only thing I could do would be to replace the whole bottom half for $750. I didn't take their word for it and took it down to simply computing on Pandosy. The guys at simply were top notch, booked it in and opened up up. No liquid damage at all, the cleaned it for me and fixed the trackpad for no charge. Saved me $750.....Would never recommend going to this place.
