Ata solved my Computer crashes and other Security issues I was having. His technical expertise is top rate and his response time is very fast. After I got my computer back from Ata it was having a Video sound issue. Ata used Team Viewer to access My Computer so he did not have to travel to my home. He resolved the problem and at no cost to me. He spent about an hour fixing my issue and he did it for FREE. Not even one star! We explained that we were on a tight timeline. Explained the issues, dropped off computer, was told issues were repaired,. Yet when we got home the same issues were still there. Cost us $105 for nothing! Don't waste your time or money! Gentleman was pleasant unfortunately that didn't repair the computer.
