Hansen Software is a 3rd party vendor for my company, handling our call tracking for car dealerships, and one of the absolute best vendors I've had the pleasure of interfacing with during my time at my current company. They take it upon themselves to do basic tier 1 troubleshooting with the phone systems that they interface with at the car dealerships instead of shunting them off to phone vendors, when they could just as easily not do that. They have no qualms about being called cold and walking people through exactly what they do, how they do it, and answering a slew of questions for perspective clients. Any time I've had to contact them directly they've been prompt, efficient, and thorough with every random oddity I've approached them with, and are always a treat to talk to.

It was an easy decision to buy the product as it clearly did everything and much more than I required. The install required a great deal of outside the box tech support from Tyrel, and he never disappointed. At all times if he didn't have an answer he researched it immediately and kept advancing until the system was up and running. He even figured out how to set up a feature on my phone system that my phone tech had still not set up for me.
