Can't do what they promise. Brought in a cell phone to be unlocked. It was guaranteed to be done in 1 to 48 hrs. After 3 days we contacted them and they said "oh, sorry it's not done yet. Give us another 1 to 48 hrs". After 5 days we went and picked it up from them because they're clearly incompetent.

I went into "Fix My Touch" to get a quote to repair my iPhone 5S that would not charge. Adrian had a quick look at it, and then used a straightened paper clip to extract a large wad of pocket lint from the lightning socket on the bottom of my phone. Problem solved! They replaced the screen within an hour and a half, a very affordable repair, very friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend. My experience with Fix My Touch Kelowna was very poor. They charged me much more than their website told me. They replaced it with a very cheap screen that was not working the best. I then placed it down on a counter with minimal force and the screen cracked. The LCD's then began to fail until the screen was black because of a small little crack. The phone was still working because i could feel the vibrations. When i went to go get screen replaced on warranty. They refused saying that the screen cracking was not their issue. I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go it will likely be cheaper and better.

These guys are so awesome. I walked in with no appointment and told them that my phone fell into water and had rice stuck in the charging point. They opened it up, checked for any damages and removed all the rice that was stuck in there with NO CHARGE! Plus it all took a maximum of 5 minutes. Yes, 5 minutes. Customer service was great and my phone got fixed without me spending hundreds. I would highly recommend these guys any day!

I picked my computer up last week after leaving it with them in February 2016, after a lengthy wait and catastrophes with suppliers - I could never get them to call me or leave a message. When I picked up the computer the clerk almost sent me out the door because it wasn't received properly and was sitting right on the counter! I was relieved to find out there was no fee for diagnostic and troubleshooting or even a holding fee. However when I got home I realized one of my ram chips and power cord were not returned. I swore when I got my computer working I would write this review.

Fix my touch has helped me on multiple occasions with quick easy effective honest and cheap service. I don't even know where to start. Most recently since my iPhone 6 warranty expired, they helped me by replacing the microphone needed for Siri, for just 65$. Before seeing them I was told that I had to replace my screen which is impossible since the iPhone is bent and so I would have to replace the entire phone. Fix my touch went ahead and straightened it out free of charge. There was no need to replace the screen anymore as the Siri function was back up and running.

Awesome, I went in thinking I needed a new screen for my tablet, had them order me a screen and everything. When I brought my tablet in with my screen protector to be put on before installing my new screen, they called me back and told me that it was just the screen protector that was all cracked not my screen, they could have taken my money, either put the new screen on or kept the new screen and just put my screen protector on, I would not have been the wiser. Then I asked if they would like some money for the time and putting on the new screen protector they where very nice and said to use some of my time and give them a review on here. That is no problem and if I or my family need any repairs in the future, they will have my business. Thanx a lot.

My daughter dropped her phone face down on a tile floor and smashed the glass. We had to get it fixed immediately as the glass fell out and had jagged bits everywhere. We called and Shawn got us in almost immediately. When I came back to pick up the phone, he put on the protective glass cover and the case we bought as well. Not honest. Went in to see if they could remove a stripped screw from the bottom of my phone and fix my ear piece. Without even looking at the screw he said the only way is to pry the screen off to get it out he then goes on to tell me how much a new screen plus install would cost. I humoured the guy and told him I’d have to think about that, knowing damn well that wasn’t the answer. I then took it to EK cell repair and the gentleman there had the screw out in under 10 seconds and fixed my ear piece for free! Very honest guy and he’s now the only one I’ll take my stuff to. You won’t find me in Fix My Touch ever again unless it’s to pick up an Amazon parcel.

Great Experience, I was having problems with my cell phone charging port with the cable not being able to plug in properly. I looked on the web and found Fix My Touch and decided to head over and expecting to leave my cell phone with them. The gentleman took my phone and he had time to look at it right away. He took a pair of small tweezers and cleaned out the charging port. He pulled out lint from the charging port and checked the port by inserting the cable into the port. That was it, the phone charging cable was snug when inserted. This nice gentleman said to me “no charge” and l was so happy my phone was fixed. He was very honest with me and I would go to Fix My Touch again. Great Service and thank you for the wonderful experience. You made my day!

Got my screen and battery replaced here a couple months ago. As I have a work phone it has been used very minimally. Without a drop, the screen had spider webbed due to the screen not fully sitting in the correct spot after installation. After that, one of the screws fell out of the bottom. I just got the screen replaced again at a fellow repair shop in Kelowna. He quickly enlightened me on the fact the screen was an aftermarket part. He showed me that apple product replacement LCD screens have a small apple symbol in the top left corner on the back side of the lcd. When I went back to Fix My Touch, I was told any factory in China can produce those and that those aren't any different than what they supply.(which is illegal) I just got off the phone with an Apple representitive who without hesitation clarified. I was also told at Fix my Touch no cell repair shop can get authentic Apple replacement products. Again, obviously not true, which Mr.Apple guy was able to verify again. Orginal reason for not returning; price. Customer service and being welcoming as a Buisness is one thing, but selling scrap parts and throwing a rediculous mark-up on your work to take advantage of oblivious people is absurd.

I went into this repair shop on Thursday, Nov. 25 to get a battery installed on my Galaxy phone. It was charging slowly, even with a different charger so I assumed it was the battery. After installing it for a very reasonable price, one of the owners then tested it and found it was still charging slowly. She performed additional diagnostics and found it was the motherboard rather than the charging system. I left, with the knowledge that it would be better to get a new phone rather than having it sent out, with no charge for their effort! Kudos to you guys and may your business be blessed!

I did not have a good experience with fix my touch kelowna. I got my phone fixed and the screen was very unresponsive I would have to click the screen very hard for my phone to respond, The screen was not of good quality and when I brought it back to the apple store in Calgary they said that this is a cheap screen and not a professional job. I then placed my phone on my flat surface and I then picked it back up and the Lcd was no longer working and the screen was completely cracked. I then drove back into kelowna the next day they were opened and the lady working was very rude to me. I then asked politely for them to fix it because of the cheap quality screen and they refused to. I was very gentle with the phone but because of the cheap screens used it was cracked horribly. 10/10 would not recommend this place one man that worked there was a nice guy but did not fix my phone well. The lady working there in my second encounter was just plain rude to me and I am very disappointed. If you want to get your phone screen fixed go to another place or straight to apple to get what your paying for.

My Apple iPod over time was getting harder to recharge until finally it wouldn't charge at all. I had come to depend on my iPod for my appointments, contact info,, emails, googling and so on. I had the battery replaced on my MacBook Pro and they did excellent work for a very reasonable price. They are sometimes a bit more expensive than others but remember that they provide a much better warranty which most would argue is worth the price difference. The communication was excellent throughout and they finished it exactly when they said they would as well as seemed to care a lot about Covid Precautions. The only thing I would say is that they need better signage. It took me a long time to find them even with google maps. The only thing that marks the door is a tiny sandwich sign that can't be seen from the main roads because of parked cars. Thanks guys!

They took it right then and there without question, tested it, told me what I needed and sent me on my way for no charge. These people are gems and where I will be taking all my electronic needs from now on!!

My experience at fix my touch was extremely poor as they repair that was done to my phone was sloppy and not professional, the phone screen was delayed and choppy, and proceeded to not work after 2 days after the repair. I am very disappointed with Quality of the repair and I do not recommend this repair shop and recommend going else where

On March 12th I stopped in for some assistance on my cell phone. The ringer and notification seemed not to work. Within 10 minutes I was out the door with a working phone. I was very impressed with the help I received and would certainly recommend this be your next stop when in trouble.
