I had a broken xbox one x, I tried many online diy solutions to no avail. The guys at fixit knew right away how to fix the problem and even installed a new ssd drive for me in a quick turn around time. Top notch service and amazing customer service! I highly recommend their services.

Had been having issues with my laptop and it's wifi and despite another shop's efforts nothing was working. Came into Fix it and they diagnosed the problem and were ready to order the part I needed to fix it. Unfortunately my laptop died before that could be done, but they were able to transfer all my old files and photos from the dead laptop to an external hard drive for me to take home. Super helpful staff!!

I'll admit that where the shop is situated is kinda weird (go through a bowling alley entrance to get there) but don't let that frighten you! They offer very good service and did better work than what my computer's warranty ever offered!

These place is Awesome. My PS4 had a damaged HDMI port, the solder had cracked right off the circuit board! But they it fixed it up fast! And at a great price! Super friendly service. I actually called them back after I hooked it up again just to Thank them. Top notch. Highly Recommend.

I have been a customer with Fix it Kelowna for the past few months and I can say that this is the best laptop repair service I have received. The two gentlemen working here not only show great professionalism but great customer service as well as excellent customer interaction. I have been very satisfied by the work that has been done and the pricing is both fair and reasonable. The one thing which does upset me is the current location. I feel that with such great customer service and professional work these guys should be closer to downtown near bernard street or by the landmarks with the other technical companies. Granted right now it is a drive to get here but the excellent service keeps bringing me back. Way to go guys. Keep up the great work and try to get closer to downtown :) 6 out of 5 stars.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the service I received from Fix It Kelowna! After experiencing the "Blue Screen of Death" on my hp laptop, and worrying the loss of my hard drive with all of my unbacked-up files on it, I took my computer to the Geek Squad who quoted me around $350-$400 to replace my hard drive and a TWO WEEK wait. Being that my laptop is my main life line for school, I had to find something faster. I took it to Fix it Kelowna and the boys took care of me. My lap top was fixed and ready to pick up the same day I brought it in - and there wasn't even anything wrong with my hard drive at all! They provided me excellent service (at a quarter of the cost not to mention) and I would highly recommend bringing any of your electronics to the boys.

Called for information on repairing our television and got a friendly guy who gave great advice stating that it wasn't worth it, which we suspected. Then he also took the time to explain which TV's to avoid when buying new and to purchase the warranty on the middle of the road units. Will definitely use these guys in the future if needing repairs!

Took my HP i5 to Geek squad. Without looking at it, they assumed failed harddrive was the issue. Sold me a new one and installed. Recieved call saying that now is motherboard issue and not worth fixing. Refunded harddrive and charged me diagnostic fee. I decided to try a local shop with good reviews. One week later and inexpensive repair and laptop is good as new. No motherboard or harddrive. Thanks Peter and Ken. Great guys. Highly recommend.

Great little shop for fixing tons of things. I personally had my Xbox one X fixed here. Really happy to hear that they give a full 6 month warranty on my Xbox fix so that's a huge plus! Only reason I'm reducing my score one star is that I had my console there for quite a while and they never once called me when it was finished. I had to call in and check that it was done. Other than that great service. If they had called or emailed me when it was ready review would easily be 5 star!

Brought my/my sons PS4 in for repair, a broken HDMI port. Reasonable price to repair it, work got done he even upgraded the original port to a better one. My only concern was the quoted time to fix it, I dropped it off on a Friday and was told "a couple of days" they are not in on Saturdays so that would mean, to me Tuesday at the latest. I called Tuesday and was told that he had 11 to fix. ended up being ready the Friday ( 5 business days) Just maybe a better job in communicating the length of time, if it will take a week, just say it will be 10 days, under promise over deliver!

Brought a 2013 Toshiba TV in to be diagnosed. They cracked the back plastic panel when removing. Though they were nice enough to waive the diagnosis fee, I will not be going back.

Excellent service! I had my phone fixed at one of the other big name cell repair companies in town and i found out they used a cheap screen from china and super glued it back together. Not only did these guys fix the damage the other company did, they also made my phone look brand new again!

I was so panicked because I got a VIRUS screeching notice and had no idea what to do. Jeff at Kelowna Website told me to call Ken which I did. I took my new computer into Fix It first thing and he checked it all out, walked me through it, told me what he was doing and voila!!!!! Done!!!! in just a few minutes. I would absolutely recommend Fix It to anyone who needs their computer fixed as well as I'm thinking about buying refurbished appliance from them as well.

I took my laptop to three different "computer repair" shops after breaking the power supply connection, and they wouldn't even attempt a repair! Only Fix It Electronics was able to get the machine up and running, and I was able to pick it up the next day! Fantastic service

Just recently picked up virus on my HP Lap top that required cleaning my hard drive of all data and programs. Thane and his partner did that successfully and reloaded updated Windows 10. A gliche in Windows 10 caused the screen to go black when I plugged the power cord in while in program mode. That was discovered last week and resolved over the phone today. Great service and I highly recommend the Fix it as a place to go.

I took our MacBook to an authorized Apple dealer. It had a broken screen. They told me it was not worth repairing. I took it to Fixit and they had it repaired for less than the cost of a replacement of the same age in only 7 days. Kudos to them for proving an “authorized Apple repair depot” wrong. If I could give these guys ten stars I would.

For the want of a $4.78 relay on an obsolete oven control board, we were looking at $1200 for a new stove. Fixit Electronics on Springfield to the rescue. Rush / same day service. $67 total bill. Nice to have little shops with the expertise to go to.
