Super fast and great service. I got my phone stuck in the leg extension machine at the gym and if not for my phone case and the low weight (thankfully) I would have damaged my phone beyond the amazing repair they were able to do. I dropped my iPhone 12 Pro off right after the gym and picked it up about 30mins later. They gave me 15% off as a new customer, and also installed a new screen protector which has a lifetime warranty (unlike the one I had one that obviously broke). It cost about $400 altogether, and totally worth it - the screen looks like brand new, and now I have no scratches on it !!

Came to these guys, a little apprehensive expecting a $500 bill but my screen repair was half that, and done not only that day but also some advice about getting a better screen protector. They have excellent customer service, very polite, very patient, very competent and understanding. At the end, I came out of this experience only thinking good things, I highly recommend them. Abi the rep I dealt with, was amazing. I have another phone on purchase, and will be going back for the screen protector they have on offer.

I rarely spend the time to post a review, however after my service from these guys it was a must. I go thru phone screens 2 times a year atleast. I have always used Kelowna cell repair. Always been the most affordable place in Kelowna. Last week during the cold snap my battery wouldn’t start in my car and stranded me close by. I needed To warm up; needed a new iPhone charger in the meantime so I came in. I’m so happy you guys are located where you were because I would have never dropped in. Alhi behind the counter was such a beauty. Helped me find a new charger and educated me on some stuff. I came back the next day to get my front screen replaced! Cheapest replacement by atleast 50$! It took them less then 15 minutes and I got to watch and see the process. Thank you for all your services and the water and warmth, the day I needed some help most! :)

Awesome customer service, was having a hard time hearing anyone who called my phone, took it in to Dr. Phone fix to see what the cost to repair would be. I was thoroughly explained what all the scenarios could be from replacing the speaker or possibly main control board. They told me that they would call before repairing anything once the issue was found. Within an hour I was called and advised it was ready for pick up. Turns out is just needed a cleaning.' When I arrived to pick it up I was told no charge. I would recommend Dr Phone Fix for all your repairs, they are very professional and Very Very Honest. I will be back for sure when the need arises.

I booked my phone in online for an appointment to fix my charging port on my iphone. The staff was all super friendly and very helpful. They tried cleaning the port first and that didn't work so i left it there so they could do the repair. They got a hold of me an hour later and said it didn't need a new charging port as they did an ultrasonic cleaning on it and that fixed it. when i went to pick it up they said it was no charge. They could of made the money off me for the part and the repair....How honest and professional of them. I would Defiantly recommend and will return with any of my phone troubles.

The previous reviews are misleading. There is minimal selection of cases, it just looks like a wall full of choices, but think about how many different phones are on the market. There is no more selection than a kiosk in the mall. Also, any aftermarket products are excessively over priced. Dollar store cases for $30. Seriously! . I get it, they need to make a living and have hydro bills to pay to keep the lights on... but I draw the line at scamming....I asked if they do data transfer from my old iPhone to my new one... I was quoted 79.95. I was speechless... I know darn well... if the old phone is brought into the realm of the new phone, they sense each other, and VOILA!! It transfers everything by themselves. Tell me to pay $80 to push ok and walk away, try to prey on people's ignorance to take their money... that's where I draw the line.
