Occasionally provides good service, but overall, a lot to be desired. Sometimes takes 2-3 calls to revise an issue. Support requests are often missed or forgotten, which requires a folllow up. Seem to arbitrarily make some IT decisions without consultation. Would not reccomend.

The folks at Dew I.T. are super helpful and very understanding of the fact that not everyone is proficient in IT. They are honest and will tell you what you need but not try to sell you stuff that you don't. Our business has had great experiences with them. Thank you!
