I WAS COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF by this business and given a poor attitude as well dropped off my laptop to be taken apart and cleaned after i picked it up and paid my bill went to my car and looked at my laptop and i assure you all it had not been cleaned at all my fans were full of dust. WHEN I TOOK IT BACK IN I WAS TOLD THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD MUST BE THC WHICH CAN'T BE CLEANED. So went home took it apart and surprise surprise easily cleaned my fans with a small brush and blower in about 20min. beyond ink are nothing more than thief's find another shop.

A great place to get ink especially if you use a lot of it, or have an obscure outdated cartridge that would otherwise be an online purchase. The owner is a splendid guy with a cheeky sense of humour and makes you feel like a genuinely valued customer. Even if you’re spending just a few bucks, he’ll take the time to explain the details and he certainly knows what he’s talking about.

Bought 4 ink cartridges and they weren’t the correct ones so I brought them back and he insisted they were the correct ones so I went back home tried them again and they still did not work. Now, how hard is it to put ink cartridges in a printer? NOT THAT HARD!! I came back a third time and he still was saying they were correct ones. I got so frustrated that I left the cartridges with him and walked out of the store. Needless to say I lost a couple of hundred dollars with nothing to show. Nice customer service! NOT!!

I just met Bob in our local Superstore. The machines were down suddenly and my card wasn't going through. He paid for mine cash. Without any hesitation or worry that I would walk out of there and forget him. When I asked for his contact he simply said "my name is Bob from Beyond Ink, stop by sometime, no worries". Now I know this doesn't have a reflection on what his business is, but it definitely goes to show what kind of man you're giving your business to. Everyone could learn a lesson from Bob.
