The Skyview team did an excellent job in recommending the right cell booster technology for our application given tower locations around us. We are located in a "rural" area close to central Whitby and cell service is generally not too reliable. The cell booster, Uniden 65, works flawlessly and we have moved from 1-2 bars of cycling 3G/LTE to 4-5 bars of LTE. The installation process was handled with absolute care around "look" of external antenna install and hiding of wires. we are very satisfied with the work completed by Andrew and his team and would not hesitate to call upon them again if and when the situation presents itself.

Here's the facts of my experience: Went into this store and was seen to immediately with happy and polite employees. I told them it was an emergency reapir for my business and they informed me of any costs before continuing with service. My computer was diagnosed within minutes and they actually printed out the parts my PC needed for repair. I came back the next day with the parts and my computer was fixed instantly and I was explained, and shown what/how the problems with my PC occured. I have nothing but good things to say about this business and i would trust them to look after my grandmother. Bottom line, extremely knowledgeable staff, affordable pricing, and above all, honest work. 5 stars, go here for anything electronic.

Skyview updated my old desktop to Windows 10 and replaced hard drives as required etc at a very reasonable price. Had a problem a few months later with Microsoft office updates.... twice....Jamie solved the problem both times and didn't charge me. This company is very trustworthy, knowledgable and reasonable. I would not go anywhere else for computer service.

I had Skyview come out and install a new HDTV antenna for me in Whitby. Very happy with the results, able to access 43 channels crystal clear. Service was excellent, Dave Suggitt came out and helped me through a challenging install as I had some tall buildings in line of sight to CN Tower. Dave took the time to explain the setup and worked diligently to ensure i was aimed to get the best reception. Thanks Dave and team, you're very knowledgeable, I highly recommend your services.

Love these guys! Can't say enough positive things about the service I received. Jamie really took his time to answer all of my questions, over several e-mails, as I flip flopped back and forth over the particular components that I considered using in my custom built PC. Extremely detailed responses that really helped me make my decisions, all upfront and before we even discussed build pricing. I had a cpu with some bent pins and Jamie worked his magic not only fixing the pins but updating the BIOS on my new motherboard and running some thorough tests to make sure the cpu was working properly. If you need updates, repairs or other work done I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. Great staff.

Best computer repair place I have ever dealt with. Most honest business owners and actually care for their customers. Very knowledgable and aren't in business to over charge their customers for repairs. They care about their customers and that's why they have been in business for so long. Highly recommend. If you have a problem with your MacBook it is 100X cheaper to bring it to them rather then Apple themselves where they will over charge you for the simplest fix.

I cut the cable and Skyview gave excellent service and knowledge of OTA( over the air antennas) for indoor use. They asked excellent questions about my tv, my location and where I would place the antenna. I now recieve over thirty hd channels including all the major US networks. I would recommend that if you are going to do this get a amplified antenna and the best that you can afford.

Needed to update my desktop from Windows 7 to 10. Called Skyview as I purchased from them over 5 years ago and have had excellent subsequent service from them. Brought desktop in shortly after 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 17th 2021 and they called shortly after noon to say it was ready for pick-up. Now this is what I call "Excellent Service" Very friendly helpful staff and Jamie really knows what he is doing. Would not consider going anywhere else for my computer needs.

I have been bringing my computer to Skyview for years and have always been impressed by the service I receive. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. My most recent experience was no exception. I bought a new computer and took it to Skyview to transfer data from my old computer and set up the new one. Jamie advised me that the computer I had bought didn't have the best hard drive, spent the time over the phone to explain it in a way I understood, and then went out of his way to search on the store website for a better one. Even went to the trouble of searching for which stores had it in stock! Had me up and running with the new one in less than 24 hours. This is the sort of above and beyond service available at Skyview. I will never go anywhere else!

I have a home-based business which is fully dependent on having a computer in top working order. I was in a panic when I received a warning of hard drive failure late Thursday night, took my computer down to Skyview Electronics first thing Friday morning and discussed a number of options with Rodney. By accident, while I was searching for information on "Cutting the cable cord", I came across the web site for Skyview Electronics in Brooklin. After I thought that I had a basic understanding of the subject I visited the store. That is where I met Andrea and we spent about an hour and 15 minutes together. She answered all of my questions and prepared a cost estimate for me. Andrea calculated a 7 1/2 month payback period if we switched from our Fibe TV and Internet service to their plan. Yesterday, Dave installed our HDTV ANTENNA. Last night Anne and I sampled the 34 stations that we are now able to get Over the Air. The reception was as good (if not better) than our Fibe TV. Talk to the good people at Skyview, you may be able to get what you have now and save a considerable amount on your monthly home entertainment budget. Skyview came in and they diagnosed right away the issues (over and above Rogers) that had been the cause of our frustrations.
