I was impressed with the friendly, conscientious service. I just had a small-scale problem to fix, but they paid it every bit of attention, and they explained everything they had done for me and why. It was ready within a day and a half - might have even been faster but i couldn't pick it up until then. No one ever tried to upsell me! They gave me options and let me pick. Thanks Re-Boot, i'll be back.

On the website shows it sells printer cartridge. But when I pass by it's kind of like a computer service store. The entrance is locked.

Best place for PC

Gave them my laptop to fix as it was overheating. didn’t hear back for weeks. Finally went in to see what was up and they said couldn’t find my laptop after looking but that it was there somewhere. Two months went by no contact. Called back and they couldn’t find my laptop again. When they found it shortly after I went to pick it up and it was returned it to me missing the keyboard and several other pieces that were attached when I brought it in.

A treasure trove of computer parts new and old, with very friendly technicians. If you like small businesses and you want that old school feeling of being in a shop that specializes in past and present computer components, then you'll love this cluttered library of computer gizmos n' gadgets. Staying modern, with the antiquated atmosphere of an earlier setting computer tech shop like something out of the early 2000's, or 90's. Just brilliant character driven business that deserves recognition and should be your go-to before you hastily purchase something from best buy or walmart

Great place to take your computer to get fixed, my hdd died, so decided to upgrade to SSD drive, was also having issues with windows 10 updates installing and these guys were fantastic. Very fair prices as well

We purchased a laptop from reboot Peterborough a few days ago and I couldn't be happier. We visited the store 3 times trying to figure out what we needed and each staff person who helped us was patient, so helpful, understood that I didn't know very much about what I was looking for, and taught me along the way. I felt no pressure to buy, they want you to be happy with your purchase and to make sure it meets your needs. They've given me great support in activating security software and we will return again. Give this great little shop your business! It is now our go-to shop.

The place can help you get used laptops and also help with repair services. However personally I got a laptop for my girlfriend but it had several issues with the battery and on changing the battery still the issue remained. Thus there were many trips and cost associated to the place which could have been avoided.

Very friendly and professional, and the laptop they sold me was a massive bargain (value ~$1000 and paid a few hundred), but it suffered a hard drive failure six months later. My father purchased a laptop from them as well and the battery died completely within a couple months.
