Excellent service, 4 stars. I'm waiting to see how my second job turns out. Finally someone willing to go the extra mile. Service providers forget that customers keep the lights on at their place of employment. Jason can do much better for himself, I miss this type of service. he saved me a trip to Maryland to get an "old" computer fixed. I came to him because I wanted to see the tech who gets all five stars..... from all his customers. Update: I have been back with a second job, unfortunately Jason admitted he doesn't like working on older computers. I paid for my hours time and I'm taking the PC to Adelphi, MD for repairs....

What can I say? Three months into the Covid pandemic and Jason comes to the rescue. His doors were barely re-opened and yet he repaired my DC port wires within a day. There were other oldies like me clamouring to get in. As I waited, he was advising another prospect through his upstairs window. The least I can do is provide a good review. I swear that my laptop is working better now than it did when delivered from Dell. And at a fraction of Dell's repair price. Sure hope Jason gets a little R and R at night. I can't rate him high enough. Thanks so much.

Jason is simply the best in Durham region. He fixed my computer overheating problem and told me to order a new power supply to fix the other problem. Called him the next day because I was confused on how to put the components together, he explained how to do it to me for over 10 mins on the phone when he didn't need to. 1. If you've a computer problem and you wanna fix it for the cheapest price. Look nowhere else 2. If you've a computer that no one else can fix, Jason invents you a new fix. 3. If you're as skeptical as I am when it comes to taking your computer to a repair shop, Jason explains everything he does as he fixes your computer. 4. I do Pro Audio/Recording and have been taking my machines to Jason for about 6-7 years, even building the last recording PC I bought. I had an issue with one of my four internal drives today and I was in and out and ready to get back to business within an hour. He has a handle on pretty much any aspect of computer tech, any OS- Windows, Mac, Android. And he knows the hardware end too, always keeping up with what works well and what deosn't. Jason the the best human being I have ever met. Took my 9 yrs computer with one broken hinge. Jason told me it is not worth wasting money to repair. He send 30 minutes of his time to implement a temporary solutions to the stop the other hinge from beaking off but never charged me a cent. When I read all the reviews...I didn't believe it till I went there myself. Jason will be my go to guy for life and I plan to recommend all friends and families to him! If you're in the durham region, there's no need to consider any other pc repair shop. I recently had some ram/bios issues. After purchasing our first computer, over 15 years ago,on recommendations from a friend, we have entrusted Jason with all of our computer issues. He is very knowledgeable,honest,reasonable and helpful with advice.Jason goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, giving it a whole new meaning.Several years ago, he closed up his shop to go with me to a store , to advise me which laptop to buy ! Yesterday, I drove to Toronto to pick up my daughter's laptop,bring it to Jason's ,( he immediately went to work to fix it ), so that I could drive it back to Toronto ; (almost 6 hrs of traveling ). After so many years of excellent service from Jason, we can't possibly go to anyone else .Sorry,Jason , you are stuck with us!

Fantastic experience. I took my daughter's older non-functioning PC in for diagnostics and possible repair. The owner immediately put it on the bench to test it at the same time he was working with another customer. I told him I could leave it....but he said I would like to fix it in front of you. He quickly diagnosed the problem, cleaned up some memory resource hogs and got the PC restored back to good health. He did recommend an optional RAM memory upgrade which I could do myself at a later date. This would speed the computer up if we needed a faster computer. Fortunately, no expensive components were required to get the PC restored to an operational condition. He spent approximately 1 hour between servicing my computer as well as working with another customer. When he gave me the bill...I was shocked at how low it was. I tried to give him a little more (call it a TIP) but he refused to take it. I rarely post a rating....but...this time LPC exceeded my expectations of customer service and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend LPC Tech Centre for any of your computer service needs.
