I brought my galaxy tablet s2 there to get fixed after a month due to waiting for a part they charged me a 110 dollars. Since my tablet came back to me, I've had nothing but issues I return to them twice about the issue. I had a bouncing bluee square that beated across my screen and it locked me out basically I couldn't do nothing with it. When I brought it in to them they said I had to do a button combination to reset it. So I tried it as they told me and I get the blue screen of death then the screen went black and then they told me I'd have to pay 390 dollars plus taxes for a new screen they told me my warranty ran out. They're attitude was disgusting and the way the handled the situation was completely apolling. I will never go back nor refer people to them again ! Not for seeing how they handle this situation or there returning customers

I have found and ad on the marketplace of an IPad selling on this store. I asked about the conditions on the product and specifically about scratches and dent. The answer was no. It took me 1:40 hours to get from downtown to here only to see a BIG scratch on the screen impossible to miss and also the “free” pen they were throwing in the ad was defective and of course that was never described on the ad. That was dishonest and I’d recommend to be VERY cautious when buying from then! Keep away from this place.....

I highly recommend you do not use this their services. I brought in my samsung s8 (which was %100 working) to fix the broken back, and they ended up breaking my phone. It would not charge and kept showing a temperature warning. When I brought it back in, they refused to fix it and blamed it on me. They were extremely rude about it and told me they were going to charge me an additional 150 bucks to fix the issue. I refunded my money and had them put my broken glass back on a again and now I have a broken phone.

the only good thing i can say about this place is that they refunded my money with no receipt after completely ruining my phone and i demanded a refund. I came in with ONLY a broken screen, after they fixed my screen a week later my battery randomly stopped working, i thought it was a weird coincidence and demanded a refund because they must have done something with the battery. After refunding me the $125 that was apparently a "discount" ... (go to whitby mall and its $80 max).. they took off the new screen they installed and put on a cracked screen which only half of the old shattered screen works and the rest is black making my phone un useable... but now my battery works again.. I would not recommend this place unless you want to spend the time and money to fix a screen only for your phone to have internal problems a week later forcing you to buy a completely new phone.

I had an amzing experience at FUTURE TECH today after having my phone repaired by fonelab before, I still remember fonelab told me we don't carry OEM parts while FUTURE TECH, the guy was there explained me everything about aftermarket and OEM parts and once I Got my phone back with OEM screen, looks like brand new phone and even more brighter. Future Tech Canada - Oshawa Center Mall Brought in my Samsung S8 for LCD screen replacement. Their associate seems very knowledgeable and polite as I asked questions about repair needed on my device. I decided to get the repair with them because they are the cheapest in the area and that they would be using brand new parts. However, as I was setting up the phone after the repair was done, I noticed that there is an image burn that is very noticeable on white screen. So naturally, I called back and told them about the issue of why there would be an image burn on the lcd if the replacement part were brand new? He then proceeded to tell me about the part being a C grade but insisted it is brand new! The main issue here is nobody likes to being misled or lied to! If he were truly honest he would’ve mentioned that the replacement part that was to be used were reconditioned or refurbished at the very least. I’ve gotten quotes for my device using used parts for $50 cheaper, at least they were upfront as to what I would be getting after the repair is done. Update 11/29/2019!!! Please read my review above! I came back to the store last Wednesday 11/27 because I noticed that the back camera sometimes takes a while to focus and some picture are noticeably blurry. I since found out that there is a fingerprint on the inside glass of the back cover. Their associate inspected the lens and did see the prints. He then said that he remembered me and that I left an unfavourable review on their website and offered to have my phone cleaned if I edit or remove my previous review. What a Joke!!! This is not the way to conduct customer service. Why would I remove the review when he in fact acknowledge that he did not disclose the parts to be used then even went as far as to admit that they also had to replaced the frame on my phone because I noticed deep scratches that was not there before. I went to have my Screen and back glass replaced not the FRAME! I came back because I thought they would do the right thing, I was wrong! Your Technician left that fingerprint on that back glass on the camera! I hope you guys don't treat all your unsatisfied customers this way! That's just horrible customer service! Update 12/6/2019! Just saw the response from owner. While I appreciate you looking into this, I call your BS on your assertion that I was given a choice on my first visit between original parts and screen with a shadow. All he said is that they would be using original OEM parts, explaining after I complained does not make it right! "you opted to go for a shadow screen" Are you joking? who in their right mind would spend over $200 for a screen in that condition? "if it was that obvious you should have raised this matter when you received your device back" LOL . This is precisely the reason why I came back a couple days later to talk in person regarding the image burn. I decided not to spend any more money when offered to install a brand new screen because I could've bought a mint condition phone for that price! Also, why spend more money when I already have doubts about your services?! You are right on one thing! it is my choice to update my review! What is not right is asking me to remove or edit the review in order to clean the fingerprint your technician left on the inside part of the camera screen for free. Again I decided not to! Why would I remove or edit it when everything that happened was a fact! Again your associate acknowledged and even apologized that he was not upfront regarding the condition of the replacement parts and admitted to replacing the FRAME with scratches because its easier for their tech than replacing just the glass! You are missing the mark on you customer service if the only thing you are apologizing for is for my repeated trip to your store to complain about the quality of your services! Your assertion that I or other customers who shopped around for the best price somehow does not deserve quality products or good customer service is just mind blowing!
