I was looking to get a new computer built as the current one I had didn't have the capability to run heavy programs anymore, such as Revit, Lumion and other rendering software. I contacted several companies to get a quote for a new PC. None of them seem to really care about what I was looking for and just gave me specs for prebuilt computers. Not the case with Custom PC Builder. They were personable from the start. They gave me a build that would suit my needs and gave me the opportunity to change any of the parts selected. Throughout the whole process I was able to ask any question that came to mind, as this was an investment, and I received quick, friendly responses. After receiving my new computer, I am happy to say, everything works great! The cable management is unreal. There was even a note on the desktop that gave me instructions for certain software on my computer. I had a couple questions after I received my computer and they were still happy to answer them! I highly recommend Custom PC Builder. They will do an amazing job, for a reasonable price and they do genuinely care about their customers.

I just want to start by saying I did not get my PC built here, I decided to build it on my own which did take a lot of time and energy. The reason why I'm leaving a review is because when I ran into some issues with my pc, I contacted Custom PC and I was so impressed with how knowledgable and quickly he was able to respond to my questions over the phone. It's like he is a walking wikipedia. I felt like I was talking to a knowledgable friend who had answers for everything. A really kind, communicative and smart person.

I had an issue with my newly built pc, in which the system is slow, crashes, and not able to play games. At first i tried to contacted other pc shop, they told me to replace a new graphics card - which does not solve the case, luckily i didnt do it. I also contacted Asus but they didn’t help much and i don’t have time and knowledge to find out the issue myself. I found this guy on Kijiji, he’s very friendly and professional. He figured out the issue very quickly and gave me very useful tips after the service. I’m very satisfied with the service. He’s capable of what he’s doing. 6/5 gave the extra star. Mutasim is such a great guy. The day Warzone dropped the new Caldera map I was stressing cause the FPS.. I knew before this new map released I had way better fps and so I did research and boom. I thought I fried my entire pc. I didn't know what to do. I couldn't trust nobody. I went on facebook and found Mutasims ad of course I always check google reviews and so I did. I went to CC and they said 6 day wait..I'm impatient and I wanted to get the pc back up and running asap also guys at cc trying to upsell me lol no thanks. This guy came clutch telling me to come the next day. Matusim didn't even have my pc and he knew exactly what was wrong. I came with the part and it was done in 30 minutes. I would recommend him to any friends and family also his rates are FAIR. My computers running like a beast now. Thank you my friend, all the best.

Had multiple computer issues, it was literally completely unusable ...Luckily found this guy on Google after already calling 3 different computer place including HP, without any real help or solution in sight. Within minutes of explaining the situation over the phone, he already had an idea of some potential issues and factors. Ended up bringing him the computer to work on overnight and I was totally shocked, it was good to go the very next day! Once I got it home, I was just confused about a couple of things regarding the new setup and he was so friendly and helped me over the phone within minutes. Of course, not everyone will have an overnight fix I’m sure, but I was so happy with the speed of service! Honestly, this has been the most helpful tech experience I have ever had and I’ve already saved his number in case I need any help with my other PC in the future! Great prices too- very reasonable.
