I caution anyone who is considering patronizing this establishment. I went in to pick up a parcel and the owner either has an extremely bad temper or is going through a breakdown. I was screamed at, the owner got in my face, I felt absolutely terrified and left shaking. The reasoning for this horrific treatment? Because I arrived too early to pick up my parcel. I am contacting purolator to see if my parcels can be delivered to a different location in the future because I do not feel safe going into this establishment again.

The Truth

Garbage service and terrible open times. For the only Purolator pick up in Lindsay, you'd think theyd give it to a company that can afford to keep themselves open 9-5 EDIT: Notice that the only reviews that have people publicly agreeing with them are negative. Really goes to show you what this place is like.

I have used Tim for all my company and my wife's law firm computer repair problems for over 10 years. His pricing is very fair, he is easy to deal with and an excellent go to source to have computer maintenance done. I highly recommend. As to the parcel reviews below. That is just nuts and this is obviously a sideline for the firm. This is Lindsay, how about Purolator just returning your package back the the sender because you are not home. Next time use the post office. Some people in this town need a life.

Tim has fixed my personal and company computers many times. He's a pro who always treats us right with a great price. Very fast, and always perfection with his business dealings. Will definitely use him again in the future!!

The name of this business should be 'rebranded" to something not involving computers. It's a joke. Try going in there and asking a question about buying some RAM...buddy looks at you with a blank face as if you are talking Chinese.

I feel the same. I work delivery and have very little time to make it in to pickup my parcel. Who closes their shop at 2pm on a tuesday?? I wish my parcels would be delivered to a location with better hours

They never answer their phone. Only open during regular business hours, how are people who actually work supposed to get their parcels if they can't make it off work before 5PM.... not impressed at all

For everyone reading he bad reviews think twice. This guys is amazing and definitely doesn't scream at his customers he has amazing prices and is very friendly. Go here if you have any choice worth the money and worth the time. Thanks for helping me with my computer today! If it wasn't for you fixing it as soon as I brought it in I wouldn't have a computer.
