I called in to ask about a Dell 960 tower he asked if I got a monitor with the unit I said no they said we suggest u get a laptop for this a bit better of a cost. I am on way down today to see it hope all works out well.for payment arrangements then get the unit when in full. the Dell 960 is old according to rep I asked of the spects Like Hard drive and more ram. I like the laptop I am getting from them cant wait till paid in full then its mine. Thanks for working with me for arrangements. For well over a year, my laptop was becoming increasingly troublesome - I kept getting "page unresponsive", upon opening it would decide which app would open first, at the very end it would shut itself off 3 or 4 times a day. Logging in first thing would take upwards of 5 minutes. Going from Facebook to email would minimize the email page and it would take 5 clicks of the mouse to make it full page size again. These were just a few of what was going on. On Monday, June 15th/20 I decided I had had it. I did some research and found CompuClinic had the best overall score. So I called CompuClinic and spoke with Amir that morning to ask if he was still working (Covid) and he said yes, to bring my laptop in. I typed out a list of what it had been doing and dropped it off within hours. The next day, Amir called to say I needed a new hard drive. I said to go ahead. On Thursday, June 18th, he called to say it was ready. When I went to retrieve my laptop, he insisted I try it before I left the store because it would look different. I knew already that my Hoyle Games was gone for good - it had been put there by a disk and if I wanted them back I would have to reload. All the other games from The Play Store were also gone but were easily downloaded again. The only thing I hadn't thought of and didn't realize until I got home was that my bookmarks were gone. A bit of a thing, but easily fixed. I just rebookmarked as I needed them. Amir replaced my original hard drive (partly mechanical) with a totally electronic one. The speed with which I can log in and flip from one page to another is nothing less than astounding. My laptop has not worked this great since I first bought it maybe 4 years ago. While I was there I mentioned my cordless mouse could have issues as well as it was old and going through batteries like crazy. Amir was able to hook me up with a new cordless mouse so now everything is working great. The cost was very reasonable and I am going to let my family and friends know of my great experience in case they are ever in need of great computer repair service. Thank you Amir!

I have been using all types of Mac Computers over the last 16 years and used them primarily for Movie Editing. As such I used various Service Providers for maintenance etc. in the past, but none of them came even close to the expertise I am now receiving from Amir. I had the best experience using CompuClinic yesterday....with over 25 years running my small business on Mac computers it has has always been difficult to find reliable and knowledgeable support when problems happen. When my computers were impacted by that big hack last week I had some serious issues which needed to be fixed right away.Someone told me about Amir and he took my computer in immediately and fixed it within the day. Best place to take a laptop!!!!! As a student, I'm on my laptop majority of the day. A few days ago I opened it and it wouldn't turn on. I first went to Best Buy to see if they could help, they told me it was completely fried, no hope of fixing, and also said I needed a new laptop and that it would be $400 to get the files off my broken one! I definitely couldn't afford that. I took my laptop to CompuClinic for a second opinion and they fixed it within half an hour. I will always come back to them for anything that has to do with my computer. Their fair prices cant be beat and their staff are super nice. Thanks for saving me when my laptop broke!!!

My laptop was supposedly getting “fixed” for 2 months at maars music and was terrible incompetent service. Was finally fed up with nothing getting done and decided to take it to CompuClinic instead. I found my experience at CompuClinic Computer Repair Centre to be very pleasant. The staff member that I dealt with, probably the owner, was very polite and knowledgeable. He updated my GPS which I couldn't manage to update myself and also fixed some shortfalls within my MacBook Pro laptop. The fee, I consider to have been reasonable as well. After numerous visits to Big Box store Techs and lengthy phonecalls to IP Techs, and months long problems, Amir Abedi from Compu-Clinic.ca was recommended to me to repair my 1 yr old laptop. Some of the problems were numerous disconnecting from wifi, losing necessary files from network adapter and several dreaded MS Blue Screen Error Messages. I was so very frustrated and was prepared to purchase another laptop but Amir suggested that it was fixable. At a minimal charge for many hours of service, Amir brought my computer back to a useable and enjoyable product. He removed all software and operating system and re-installed everything. My hard drive crashed so I took it in. They quoted 3x more than other places but I thought I was safer to go somewhere with a storefront. They got most of my files back along with 1000s of someone else's! When I called to tell them that I had someone else's data, they told me "not to worry about it, this sort of thing never happens." Be VERY careful if you have confidential data on your hard drive. I'm now sorting through someone else's photos, documents, etc. and left wondering who else has access to mine and if I actually got all of my data back.

I would highly recommend Amir for all of your computer needs. I first came to CompuClinic about a year ago when my Mac computer was just out of warranty and l was not getting anywhere with Apple. I recently took my MacBook Air into compu-clinic to have it repaired from liquid damage and I am very pleased with the service we received. We were worried at first that no one would be able to repair it at a reasonable cost or even at all and not only was it repaired in a timely manner but at a price we couldn't beat.
