My daughter broke the screen of her iPhone4, which she loves, but I don't want to put a lot of money into it... I called multiple repair shops in the area, this was by far the best price for replacing it. The owner actually stayed late to accommodate us, had it fixed while we waited, was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I tried to get a charger from them for my laptop. The promised me they could get it for me within the week. I know my latop charger is special, and hard to find, but they made me wait repeatedly. I had to call them over and over, despite them telling me they’d call me, for them to proceed on anything. I waited a week and a half for them to say “Sorry, oops, our supplier didn’t have one, we have to order it from China,” after I called them. Don’t waste your time with these guys. Literally anyone would be better if you have computer issues for a specialty laptop, even if you very specifically know the part you need.

This guy is the best. I had a broken button on my cell. I took the phone to 4 other repair shops who all told me that I had to replace half the phone at a cost of $400. Cellphone Dr fixed (actually repaired not replaced) the button quickly and at a fraction of the cost. Great customer service.

Stopped in today after searching for a local place to do some screen replacements for my kids devices. It was pretty close to their closing but David said he would easily take them on right now and have them done in an hour. He was absolutely fantastic. Very welcoming and kind, and most importantly eager to help me out with my devices. I am very glad I chose to stop in here on a whim, and will definitely come back for future repairs. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Worse customer service , the guys are very unprofessional and rude . After waiting and waiting they couldn’t do anything to fix my phone but try to overprice for a servise I found to be WAY CHEAPER somewhere else. *OVERPRICED *RUDE *UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF *THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY ABOUT THEIR MONEY! Took my cell phone once to this guy to get my cell phone fixed as I saw his store driving by!! What a mistake!! Never again!! Got the screen fixed for my 4 year old son and as he was playing with it the screen completely came off in his hand. Took it to another shop and was told he put a completely wrong screen size for the phone size on it. It was supposed to be for an iPhone 7 and he put on an iPhone 8....well the clips didn't even latch on right!! Called him and told him and was screamed at on the other end!!! Take it from experience save yourself the aggravation!! Go to someone that actually KNOWS what they are doing!!

I would be weary of using this service. My screen was cracked and when repaired by this store it was not mounted/glued correctly. The screen began to lift within days, which caused a new crack. When brought back, the owner refused to fix this because of the new "crack" not being warrantied. He was very aggressive over the phone and wouldn't let me finish sharing. After paying $100 and being treated like this, I'd like everyone to be warned of this service and to think twice before using.

This guy is nothing but rude and disrespectful. Went to sell him a cell phone and the whole time he thought I was a male. When he found out i was a female he started making up lies and stuff about “blacklist” when the phone was sealed and never active. And then He asked for ID which i found odd because my male friend sold him a phone last week and no ID was asked for. I showed him my credit card (did not want to show license because I dont want him knowing my address on it) and then he dropped the price 200$ lower. As soon as I told him my male friend sold him a phone last week he brought the price back up. This guy name is Wali and hes a creep and a scammer. Ladies if you plan on going into his store send your boyfriend or a male friend you will get a better price. Never coming back! DOUCHE!!!

I got a quote for the charger port and when my phone was being worked on the gentleman repairing my phone went above and beyond to fix it to working quality. i bought a refurbished Samsung S7 from ATNT (long story) the phone screen cracked so i brought it in . the original plan was to swap the screen . what was a 20 Min job turned into a 2 day job thanks to ATNT locking there parts to there system. he was able to fix this problem even tho it was going to cost him 120$ to do the job and to fix the screen.he charges me the screen cost of 120$ . if you have a phone to fix he is the guy. 10/10 will defiantly bring phones back if theirs any problems.

I am not one to leave reviews for anything and this has me extremely upset. THE WORST SERVICE. They will NEVER receive my business again. I dropped my laptop off 1 year ago. You read that right... 1 year ago. The laptop was in working order but needed to be plugged in to use. I continued to check-in and ask where my laptop was via phone call and by dropping into the store. In November, the store was unable to locate my laptop. How do you lose a customer’s laptop?! Throughout this whole ordeal there were so many calls I lost count. Most calls I was told they were waiting on something or they could not find it, or it was not ready yet. During one phone call, the store employee swore at me and hung up the phone. I could not believe it, how can a store conduct business like this?! I went into the store again, and my laptop was in pieces and was told to come back in a day, and they would have it ready for me in December. When I went to pick it up, they insisted that I take a laptop that was not mine. They had put all of the pieces into a laptop that was not mine. I refused and said I wanted my laptop in its entirety to be returned to me. After that, they assured me that they would put the correct pieces into my correct laptop. Then the pandemic hit... Forward to two days ago. I went in to get my laptop, and it was still in pieces and said it would ready later that day.... it was never ready that day because he was “too busy” for it and it would be ready the next day. I went in to get it and was told to wait again. So, I went back in a final time and ask to plug it in to ensure it is still in working order, and I am told that my laptop is fried and no longer works. I attempted to come to a solution with the employee and was told there was nothing he could do for me. I gave them a *mostly* working laptop that just needed to be plugged into work, and they gave me a laptop in pieces and unusable. I do not know where to go from here, but I am so disappointed. I waited to write this as I wanted to give them a fair chance to rectify the situation, but here we are. I have a broken laptop now…. And it was not like this when I gave it to them!!! So frustrated! There was no attempt to resolve the situation, just that it is not their fault. They just handed me the broken laptop that is now held together by tape...

My kids keep breaking their phones and tablets and I keep going to Wali to have them fixed :) The reason for that is that he'll fix them in minutes flat so long as he has the part and will always go the extra mile to make sure that my kiddos have their tech items back ASAP. He recently fixed my Playstation and controllers as well even though they aren't technically part of his normal business dealings. For the people having trouble with his hours: I recommend that you phone or text him before showing up. It's a small business and there's really only Wali and a couple other staff spread between two locations. If you let him know you're coming, he'll usually wait for you or come in early for you. He's always super polite and efficient and he'll go the extra mile for you so long as you give him the courtesy of calling and respecting the fact that he's a busy guy.

Want to Share an Amazing Story about this amazing store. Recently had a Rugby Billet from Wales (15 yo) staying with us and he dropped his phone while here and it stopped working. These guys were so great with him, they gave him a discounted price (it was his spending money for the trip he had to use to fix it) and gave him a new screen protector for free. The whole thing took 15 min and the kid was so delighted to have his phone fixed and for the discount they gave....what a great example of Canadian hospitality. I will use these guys every single time I can, and I would like to encourage you to support this store. What a great experience and service. TOTALLY RECOMMEND this place for any of your technology needs!!!!!!

This man is amazing! Most people wouldn't even touch my htc phone but he didn't even bat an eye and gave me a really good price! He actually helped me in replacing the battery twice (first time I brought him a cheap after market battery and it burnt out quickly) He is a really good guy, pleasant and reasonable to deal with and can probably fix just about anything. Although I'd recommend to follow up on your repairs yourself as I assume he's got a million things on the go at once since he's so good! Thank you!
