These guys are amazing. They took care of me and kept me from freaking right out. Its not easy to be calm when all the family pictures are stuck on a drive you can fry an egg on. But Bulletproof was able to recover a bunch of my documents and almost all the pictures. Local too!

I highly recommend Mark for any PC issues you might have (particularly, hard-drive recovery and fixing your damaged PC or Mac).

Horrible service!! Non professional attitude!! I gave him my laptop for windows 10 installation. After few hours I got a call from him. He told me that hard disk is crashed, so would require a new one. I bought a new hard disk and gave it to him right away. Then after an hour or so I got message from him that my laptop motherboard is crashed and is not workable anymore. Also ask to pay $40 for the service charges and yelled at me that I had to work for 5 to 6 hours...... to put pressure on me for the amount. I gave him $20 ( just for nothing). Also had to pay $120 for new harddisk unnecessarily. I made a bad decision going towards him for the installation. I should have get it done from professional technicians (like geeksquad etc). This could have been avoided.

My laptop had water damage and the screen would not turn on. Mark explained what some of the problems could have been and resolved them. Laptop was fixed within a couple of hours and at a very reasonable price. Thanks again Mark. Would definitely recommend!

My computer had 2 viruses that stopped my computer working. Mark replaced the hard drive. Reinstalled windows 10 and to new hard drive. It’s now virus free running as fast as before ! I have minecraft with 22 mods. Thought all was lost. Mark managed to move it from my old virus ruined hard drive to my new hard drive all intacked ! 4 years of building save !!! Thank you Mark ! Reasonably priced and great work !

I have used Bullet Proof Your PC (Mark) few times to replace HDD on my computers and every time result was great! No major issues only handling ( dropping off - picking up) was a bit less convenient, but mostly because of nature of our business, our pick-up/delivery service preference, my location and timing but mutually was resolved and accommodated. I recommend Mark and will go back for my future needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Mark I thought my data was lost forever on my old clunker. Mark took the time to explain how he would fix the problems in a way that I could understand. He was able to retrieve everything and add to my laptop. I tried twice to upgrade to windows 10 but each time it failed for me, Mark installed that for me too and again patiently gave me a crash course on the ins and outs of the windows 10 operating system of which I love btw. I highly recommend his services to all, I found Mark to be extremely courteous, kind and above all highly skilled and knowledgeable.
