Brain and Jackie were great! Knowledgeable about the exact product I was after. I had a dear friend needing a power supply for medical equipment on the drive home from Princes Margaret Hospital. It is usually a 2 hour drive at the minimum, so the power supply was super important. The staff Googled the Equipment that the power supply was supporting and had the one I needed in stock. Brian set it up so all I had to do was turn on the power and it all worked flawlessly. My Friend was anxious about it but it all worked perfectly and the drive home was anxiety free. Cheers to you all at BTW! And thanks for the good service and attention to detail!
