I wanted a reliable system that would run his games smoothly ????????without breaking the bank, and they did not disappoint! ✨???????????? This system is going to blow my son away Christmas morning ???????????? These guys are why we should all continue to support local businesses ????????

Awesome little shop, knowledgeable staff, used to be second in town for me next to United Computers before they unfortunately closed, now I go here for whatever. However I will say it's all seemingly grumpy faces in the back with the one youth doing the work in the front here. Miss avin' a laugh with the guys from United. They almost seemed pissed here I haggled a near ten year old sound-card they'd of never sold for $5, didn't seem too confident in it's working either. xD (It did, like a charm.) United would've been laughing along with me.

Full disclose: I haven't been in to the store because of our Covid-19 shut down. But the good people at Benchmark were the only people who gave me the time of day last week when my printer died. They didn't even charge me for the power cord I showed up to buy. They gave me the best service even though nobody would blame them, under the circumstances, if they had turned me away. Given the help they tried to give me, and all the great things I have heard from friends, they have a new customer in me. Thanks, Benchmark!

I've been using this shop for quite a few years now for various computer needs. It wasn't until recently that I needed their help with a repair issue. I had been building my own PC, and I really blew it. I bent some CPU pins. I was naturally pretty shook. I left it in the hands of Benchmark who presented the option of straightening the pins, but disclaimed that they can't be responsible if pins break, and warned that it may not work. I told them to give it a shot, $60 was a better spend than a whole new CPU if they can fix it. A few hours later they notified me that my PC was alive and well. I was super happy they were able to salvage my mistake for a very decent price. We chatted about my PC for some time after. Great shop, great staff. On top of working the odd miracle, they're great at ordering in parts, making recommendations, and sell a wide variety of products.

I went there a few months ago with my laptop for a price estimate to fix a mildly broken hinge (the laptop could still open and close and I was still able to transport it). I was not there for more than 5 minute before they completely snapped the other hinge that was not broken and cracked and broke the glass on that side. And the man who brought it out to show me didn't even bring up that they broke it until I pointed it out when I saw it. They did say sorry but that was all. I get stuff happens but this could have been completely avoided if they took the proper precautions. They were not careful when moving the laptop around and it made me cringe each time they did. Also this was a 360 flip laptop so they could have laid it flat to avoid braking the second hinge but I guess they didn't when figuring out what part it needed for the one side. They kept the laptop for a few hours just to tell me sorry again there was nothing they could do to fix the laptop that was now in 2 pieces and that needed a stand to stay up so it didn't break even more. It was going to cost more than the laptop was worth to fix it so I left with my completely broken laptop. But I'm glad they didn't charge me for the visit

Great local resource. Sure you can save $20 and drive elsewhere, or mail order to get something cheaper, but then you've wasted the difference in either gas or postage. Generally if its not in stock, then they can get it next day... which is pretty damn efficient if you ask me. May as well keep the money local. Also, if you ask an honest question you always get a straight answer. They geek up or dumb down their lingo as required.

I bought a new refurbished Acer laptop a couple of days ago. It was a good price, cheaper than what I would have paid at the bigger box stores. According to the Walmart website if I had ordered it online I would have paid a thousand dollars for shipping. My son pointed this out to me " See Dad, you saved a thousand bucks buying it at Benchmark". So, there you go.

Benchmark cloned my old hard drive to a new Solid State Drive (SSD). The upgrade made a huge difference in the speed of my computer. Without an appointment, the service was done in less than a day and the price was right. (good covid measures were in place and their store wasn't packed like the big box stores)
