It stands to amaze me every single time I visit Aspen PC how so much knowledge can be packed into an single person! If its a software issue, broken component, virus removal or trying to make one drvice communicate with another, Kyle always has the answers in the most efficient cost effective way! It's so refreshing to have someone that can explain everything in terms I can understand and I know when my PC is ready for pick up, it's done right! Best customer service! Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Kyle & Aspen. I have just enough knowledge, that I am truly dangerous when it comes to attempting a fix. Kyle on the other hand is knowledgeable and efficient and his rates are more than reasonable! After several less than joyful experiences with so called "experts" I found Aspen through blind luck. I would recommend Kyle and Aspen without reservation!

Kyle from Aspen PC is simply disappeared - doesn’t pick up phone, not at the office at the specified work hours. Kyle never returns voicemail, neither calls back when asked. Impossible to do a business with. I can’t get a hold of him or my laptop.

They used to be very efficient and helpful. Once they moved to a home location they didn't return phone calls. Sorry but can't use their services anymore. Had an appointment to meet at the new location and called to confirm address unfortunately we were not able to reach the company. :(

Very friendly and prompt service! The battery on my two year old laptop was no longer holding a charge. I brought it in and left it with Kyle. He called me very shortly after to say he could have a battery in within 2 days and have it fixed. I had my laptop back 2 days later. Very happy with the service provided and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend!

Aspen PC, and both techs I've dealt with, have been very fast in fixing my laptop and my husbands business computer. They are not only very affordable but took the time to explain the issues in a non patronizing or condescending way. For me this is huge. I'm not tech saavy at all and I have felt intimidated and talked down to from other businesses. They care about the little guy and their community. They earned this 5 star review and I will forever be a loyal customer .

My Macbook Pro was running unbearably slow and some of the keys on the keyboard were no longer working. I called Aspen PC and they quickly identified the problem. They replaced my keyboard and got my Mac running as fast as the day I bought it, with minimal downtime and it cost me no where even close that what the other stores had quoted me. I am very happy with their fast and friendly service and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

I bought a new desktop computer with Windows 10 and hired Kyle to come to my home and do the set-up. He was prompt and did a fantastic job. All my files are transferred, he set up my e-mail and loaded my editing software. He explained the drives, showed me how to back-up my files and told me to call him if I have any questions. I am very pleased with the service, both Kyle's expertise and the reasonable price.

For fast friendly and reliable service this is forsure the place to go! After spending nearly $300 for a repair at another shop (which they didn't even fix the issue) I came to Apsen, after just a couple days not only was my laptop fixed but they took before and after photos proving that the repair the other shop claimed they did was never actually done! After just this one experience with Apsen it showed me that they really do care about their work and their customers!

Poor business practice. Never responds, leaves you hanging. Do not waste your time at all. A friend told me that they used him all the time and he has ghosted them all well.

Excellent service, what else can I say? I shopped around for prices to fix my laptop screen after my dog yanked it off the table. Aspen PC was by far the cheapest and had my screen replaced and back to me the same day and at a more than fair price. I have never had such great service.
