The level of customer service here, is way above and beyond the line of duty. My phone was repaired in minutes when I brought it in after an unsuccessful attempt that I'd made to replace the screen on my wife's iPhone 5s. Imagine my amazement when I was told, no charge. I bought a screensaver just so that he would at least make some money on my coming in! This place will get my business from now on, and I'll highly recommend them to my friends and acquaintances.

I have been in the store a few times. This latest visit was to get a tablet looked at as the screen won't turn on. It was determined that the screen is broken but the tablet has power bit the screen is expensive to fix. Also got help unlocking a phone I bought for a Christmas gift. He was very kind and didn't charge me for checking the tablet. I will go back to get a cover and charger with my daughter

I went here to get a replacement screen for my Samsung note 2. Very honest guy, he showed me the receipt for what he paid for the part and sold it to me for a very small mark-up. I decided to install it myself, although his quoted rate was very fair, best in town for sure and I would not have hesitated if I did not already have some phone repair knowledge. I will definitely use Phone Depot again for further parts and/or repairs!

Got my mother’s S8 SIM card tray removed and replaced as it was jammed and the sim wouldn’t eject. Price was quite reasonable given the issue. I would recommend it to others and most likely need to do a battery change on my own phone, I’d definitely come back to these guys. Same day repair.

Worst store manager clames his boss was out of town.then soon as i ask for his bosses number he plan out says ohh well this is my shop im the owner. So being in an argument over parcels i psid for he couldnt put down what ever he was doing to help me out help a customer he decides to keep arguimg with like a child would until this day i cant go back to retrieve my parcels i bougt and paid for ot hell call the authorities. Pfft what ever sir what should happen with this company you should put every one of the peolpe work for you into social development program so they can under stand people skillz i never will go back to this store nore do i recommend anyone to go through the head ache this individual put me through all he had to do was scan my parcel i would have been on my way. For future advice sir get some social skills and respect your customers. All the power to you.

This is my first time replacing the battery on this phone and I am really happy with my experience at this establishment. They had me check everything was working to my satisfaction before I left the premise and assured me I have 90 day warranty should I experience any issues. I am pleased to give them my vote of support.

This business and its employees are phenomenal! I had dropped my phone down some stairs and even though it had a screen protector - the phone screen spider cracked underneath and it sucked big time. I had called around to a few other phone repair businesses and some of the prices offered for a screen repair were completely out of my budget. Changed out parts for my phone and they tested my microphone and headphone port for issues but found none. I paid, left, then found an issue and came back in. Samam sat with me for almost an hour trying to fix the issue which we just kept replicating. Once found, he changed it out in no time and gave it to me for cheaper than usual! Even changed out other parts for free. Awesome service, 5/5. I was very untrusting at first, and wasn't sure if it would be trustworthy or good, but it was amazing. I'll go back every time.

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and told them I needed it done within 2 days because I was leaving the city. Couldn’t reach them through the phone on the second day, so I went in to the store, at which point they said they couldn’t order the part (which they originally said they had). When I told them I was going elsewhere, they didn’t apologize and tried to sell me the loaner phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I am super impressed with the level of professionalism here, and the prices are second to none. The man who served me was incredibly knowledgable, friendly, didn't want me to spend money where it wasn't necessary, and even gave me a discount. The replacement parts used on my phone were grade-A1 (not rubbish parts like you often see), and I'll be taking my Macbook Pro here for repairs too. As someone who is tech savvy but time short, I can not recommend this great little store enough!

I came by to get the glass on the camera of my S20 plus changed as it had a tumble and got a crack, unfortunately when the glass was changed the bezel was quite scratched so I brought it to their attention. Immediately the mistake was noticed and the solution was in hand, this is what really stood out for me. Mistakes happen, we are all human but how it is handled it what separates a true successful business in my opinion! I was asked to come back another day when I had more time to leave my phone with them so they could fix it, I was thinking only the glass and bezel was going to be changes but to my delight they asked if I wanted to changed my back plate as well which I always wanted the black which was done at no charge. top notch service from top notch people! I wanted to pay them something so I went home to get some old phones I needed glass changed on and a battery swapped and will gladly be back for future repairs and recommend anyone I know!

Today I got my cell phone screen replaced after dropping it and I’m on vacation so it was necessary for me to replace it right away. I called the store and had asked a few questions on price and then hung up. Minutes later we called back after 6pm as the store was only open until 7pm and we were an hour away and needed it repaired tonight I had asked if he would stay open a few mins until we got there and he was perfectly happy to do so. Went in to simply have my laptop computer's power supply repaired. Not only could they not do this...but they corrupted my hard drive as well. My hard drive was perfectly fine until they tampered with it! In addition, each time i called to see how my computer was doing, the owner 'Sam' kept saying "just give me 30 more minutes. I think he knew that he corrupted my hard drive and was frantically trying to repair it. I picked up my computer in worse shape than i left it! Maybe they are good with phones, but not computers

I went here to replace the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The replacement was sloppy, had to ask to have the backing put on properly after it was attached very insecurely the first time. Also did not give a very accurate description on what the replacement would do to the integrity of the phone. Water proofness is completely gone and im now worried about even a bit of moisture. The backing looks to be after market and after just two weeks of normal use without any drops or any mistreatment, the back cover has several cracks. Very disappointed with the product and service offered. The guy at the store seems to be pretty genuine, would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but something tells me he knew it was a bad repair job.

We took our ipad2 in to have a broken screen replaced. It broke while on holidays and worked perfect with a broken screen. After having it replaced here it started turning off and on frequently. We took it back and the man there said he knew exactly what happened. He replaced or fixed the screen again and once again it did not resolve the issue. We took it back again and he replaced the entire cover. We now have a whit cover that is totally chipped, rough and awful looking when we went there with an immaculate space grey cover. We have used it for 1/2 hour and already it has turned off twice. He told us it’s sonething with the iPad not something they did. So we went in with a perfectly working ipad2 with a cracked screen to a beat up old cover, glitchy iPad Totally disgusting Oh he gave us $35 of the $112 dollars back (the money we paid for having the screen replaced) for giving us such a disgusting cover. I cannot beleive a smallbusiness has done this.

This place has been awesome!! I have the absolute worst luck with phones and after a broken screen they replaced my screen 3x to try to fix a Face ID problem that ended up not being because o the screen and then replaced the screen again when it went black on my for no apparent reason! They’ve also tried to match a glass screen protector 4x free of charge because of lifting due to damage from my initial break! I highly recommend and they stand by their products. Thanks you guys! Kind of weird service. I brought my phone in to get unlocked and they told me it was blacklisted because it was stolen. I told them that's impossible because I got the phone through my plan and they changed their story pretty quick. The phone was there for over 6 hours and I think the service takes 10 minutes. They kept telling me to come back in half an hour. It never got unlocked and now when I go to sign into my Google account it asks me if I just tried to sign into it with an "Android 6.0" (not my phone) very strange.

The owner was the rudest guy i have ever seen. I asked for a simple cable for my iphone, which is $10 actually, but he sold me a duplicate one for $28. When i came back to give it back to him as it was disconnecting after every 3minutes. I told him its not working he said there is no warranty of the things i have sold after its gone out of my store. I think its the worst store for phone repairs. I wouldn’t advise anybody to go there again.

I am happy that they fixed my laptop but the amount of times I had to call them to check if it was ready was unacceptable. It was originally only supposed to take around 4 day but ended up taking 3 weeks. I am a student so this put me in a really sticky situation. Normally I would be fine with this but they would always say they would call me to update me, in which they never did. I would often call well after the amount of days they would tell me to expect a call all to be told they would call me in another 4 days. Furthermore, I did not receive a call when it was ready in which they told me they would.

BELL and Samsung both were unable to unlock my phone, despite paying BELL $50. BELL wanted to send my phone to Samsung for two weeks to get it unlocked right when we are moving. Bell unlock team had no clue there was any other codes despite my phone asking for a 'master unlock code'. Took the phone to another repair shop and they couldn't help us. Finally we were told to take it to Kamloops Phone Depot and he fixed it in a minute! Totally painless process and far more informed than BELL or Samsung.

Good price and fast service, however, they replaced the screen on my new iPhone 11 a couple of months ago, and it recently started glitching and acting crazy. I brought it in to my service provider and they said the screen was so poorly put on that air, dust particles, and small amounts of water that would normally not penetrate the phone.. was stuck inside of it. My service provider tried to use duster to blow all of the stuff out of it but, again, the screen had small gaps all around it so all it did was blow out the cracks. would NOT recommend getting a screen replacement here. I was in a rush to get this done, otherwise I would have gone through an apple store. The phone is now in the trash and I had to pay for a new one.
