Went in on Sunday looking for a new case and accessories for my phone. The man behind the counter was slouched over in a chair looking at his phone and never once looked up or said anything to me. After standing practically right in from of him for a couple minutes, watching him scrolling on his phone, and without acknowledgement, I walked out. He never once bothered to look up or try to communicate with me.

Too good to be true! Such quick pro service with very little cost. Brought my iPhone in with a dying battery and it was replaced in 20 minutes for a low cost, and they gave me a guarantee on the phone working properly as well as on the battery! Impressive, would high recommend for Apple repairs as I've had poor experiences elsewhere in Kamloops with the authorized Apple store.

S10 Samsung. My camera had completely stopped working, I tried everything but in the end it was just broken (probably from repeated drops with no case).
