These guys set me up with a Telus smart hub. They even opened a half an hour early to help me out so I didn't have to sit around and wait! What kind of customer service is that! Thanks so much, you guys rock, I had terrible experience with Telus in the past but you guys sure made a solid effort to reverse my experiences. If you need help with a Telus product definitely go see these guys!

Andre's charges you an extra $100 on top of any phone you want to pay full price for. Kind of defeats the purpose of buying a phone outright so you can save money in the long run. Wait until Monday and go to the Telus Store.

We t I to get help cha go g from one phone to a other. They said it was 20 for SIM card 50 to do transfer. We to best buy. Didint need SIM and did 3 mi transfer for free. They should try telling the truth about what is needed.
