I have an ancient stereo in my work van. I've been transferring it from Van to van for at least the last 25 years. My sub finally broke its seal and needed to be replaced. I walked in here, and ask them for something cheap. He pulled out an old Rockford fosgate sub, and gave it to me for such a terrific price I couldn't say no. Now I'm looking just to upgrade the entire stereo in the van, so I will definitely be coming to these guys cuz they treat you right.

I got a sub installed here after originally coming in for an amp insall that I didn't realize was missing parts. We went over the cost of the sub install which I thought was fairly priced seeing as it included the price of the sub with a built in amp and the wiring kit and labour. When the technician was listening to my setup he commented on how the back speakers rattled really bad and I told him I faded the stereo to the front to avoid that. He said they could fix them at no extra cost. Afterwards as I was getting into my car, one of the other technicians came out and said he polished my headlights for me. I have an older civic with plastic headlights so they get foggy really quick. I went and looked as I hadn't noticed when I camr out and they looked brand new! When I tested out the sub, I couldn't help but have a huge smile on my face, it sounds awesome. They tuned my stereo and they fixed my back speakers! My whole setup rocks now thanks to the guys at Andre's. About a week later I noticed my bluetooth mic wasn't working so I called in and they told me to bring it in. Took the technician a minute to fix, they had just forgotten to plug it back in when they installed the sub. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and the exceptional customer service I received and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for car audio.

Tried to get a digital stereo from here due to high Google reviews. Dave the car audio guy asked me to bring my vehicle in and do all the usual checks etc. Told me that a quote will be available in 3 days. Time goes by so I call to check and got some non answer. I made 3 calls before giving up. Every time it was someone else's fault for not being able to provide a quote. I feel like 3 weeks of my time was wasted. If you couldn't do the job then at least let me know early on so that I can look elsewhere. I think what bugged me the most is the fact that every phone call Dave acted as though somehow he was the one trying to do me a favor and somehow I was bothering him. Not a friendly attitude at all. Not once did they call me to provide any update. Hilarious side note: during my third call Dave picked up, realized it was me and then made up this 'I can't hear you properly' excuse. I said I'll call with another phone and he was like call me later when you have better signal. So I called with my other phone and the call was picked up by someone else and I could hear Dave in the background saying 'ask him to leave his number'. Overall ended up with a lot of wasted time and bad customer service. Would not recommend.

I trust them 100% with my accessibility modified vehicle that has a ton of money invested in it. There’s not a lot of businesses that go the extra mile like Dave does. I shopped on line and drove around for the best deal on a new tv. All the prices were the same, but what was made worse was that very few places had the TV in stock. Andre’s had the TV in Stock and also beat the Only store “I found” that had it in stock. The Sales staff (Tony) AND Manager of Kamloops store was extremely helpful. The other store was $150.00 cheaper on everyone’s sale price, But Andre’s beat it by another $50.00. All though that may not seem like a lot on a $3100.00 purchase (sale price $3299.00). I take into consideration that, Very few stores had the high end tv in stock and No other store would lower their price for me to compensate for ordering from a warehouse. We went there for phone advise and although very nice, he spoke really fast and it was overwhelming for us trying to figure out if we could get a new phone. The plans were old and needing upgrading, and he didn't take us through the steps to make it cheaper or the same price as our current plan. We went to the mall and went to the telus kiosk there and the guy there was much more helpful. Normally I like my experience at andres but maybe not for my phone.

I called in to inquire and was greeted by Dave. He was friendly and professional. Due to someone rescheduling he was able to get me in within an hour. In-person i was greeted by Dave and he was the same as on the phone. He sprayed down the area and did touch less service Eric brought my vehicle around and explained how the starter worked in an understandable way. Explained warranty. When I left I was happy and confident with my new car starter, already planning on using Andre's Car Audio again. Would highly recommend Dave and Eric to my friends and family. This place is pretty expensive if you're going in to get work done on your car deck and speakers. The guy who handles is very helpful but still he end up quoting me a price of $1200 plus and just for attaching the JBL sub he added a $250 labour quote which i believe is pretty expensive and on the other hand for the deck he was asking $84 an hour of labor charges..

Sean was super as It was quite a long and tedious process on the phone with Telus to try and set the pay as you go plan that we wanted. I am so great we have an Andres Electronics in town...My experience this week was unbelievable... Do to the fact that I do not drive I was unable to get a new pay n talk phone for over two weeks...I went to a telus dealer next to Winners and they told me to come back in a week for a new phone after going there in a week I was then told it was not in yet, so I waited a couple more days and then went back...still no phone...I was told that Andres carried phones and when I went there they did not have one, but the sales assoiciate, I beleive Steve told me to come back in an hour, so he could drive down to another location and pick one up for me, when I arrived he had it all programmed. A friendly group there and now I even have telus tv and internet and got a 500.00 gift card...I wish all telus dealers where like Andres

Appliances were damaged when delivered. The boxes were broken into a million pieces and it made a huge mess in my driveway, since they tried to open it up before I saw the damaged packaging. Yes even old people can own cameras and check them to see why their yard IS FULL OF STYROFOAM. Never going back. Contemplating sending the video to the police to get the buggers for littering Styrofoam EVERYWHERE.

Go see Mitch for best Telus deals in town. There are plenty of Telus outlets in town but nothing beats Andres on Notre Dame Drive. Mitch knows more about phones than Bixby and Siri put together. I wish my phone came with Mitch's service built in as an app.

I would just like to say to this store .... as a customer (a woman over 70 with Rheumatoid arthritis of the back) who came into your store last xmas and spent $1800.00....I will never be returning to purchase anything else....when I was making the purchase you were all very kind and courteous, but today I found Josh the same young man I did my purchasing from to be.... very short, and confrontational and another employee a big heavy set man with very bright runners either orange or red, very rude..... last xmas I came into your store and purchased 3 remote starters... 2 for my gransons and one for my daughter.....this morning our daughter who was having issues with her remote start....said she spoke with Josh at Andre's about it and he said drop her car off Monday morning at 9:00 am and they will take care of it.... well as or daughter had to work she ask us her elderly parents if we could drop it off.... we said sure.....when we got there shortly after 9am they were not open I googled them on my phone and it said the store opened at 9:30am... so we waited with about 4 other customers., and the store never actually opened till 9:40....so after the wait I went into the store to find Josh...he didn't seem to want to hear what I was trying to tell him... refused to look up my daughters account....ask for the keys and told me "come with him" so I walked from the back of the store all the way to the front ... where he tried to start the car with the key....even tho I told him it didn't work...then he told me he didn't think it was a issue for them as they never touched that part of the car.... I said of course you did... you installed the starter.. and I followed him all the way to the back of the store again... anyway I have a very bad back and after walking all the way to the back and then to the front and then to the back again I was told to wait by the door to their shop....so after a bit my back was starting to really hurt..I looked for a chair to sit on... there was none.. and so I leaned against a bunch of big boxes trying to rest my back a little while I waited as there was no place else....I was hurting nothing.. when along came a heavy set man with bright red or orange runners on and he said quite rudely to "get off those boxes! ya can't touch the boxes!".... I said I have a really bad back and can't stand for long periods of time.... and his reply to me was "Not my problem"...I tried to tell him I was only suppose to drop the car off, not wait around.... he ignored me and walked away.....anyway they said they were taking the car around for the tec to look at it to see if it was their problem and they were able to fix it right away and I was able to leave..... I have never been talked to with so much disrespect at any store in all my life.... Andre's you have lost a customer and shame on you

I had ordered some speakers to be installed in my car. Much to my amazement I received a call letting me know that installing those speakers would be not recommended. I was informed that it would be a step backwards and not worth my money and I would be disappointed. I really appreciate the honesty by the car audio department. I am a huge fan. I went to 2 other places before coming here to try and get my car starter fixed …both places took over an hour to look at it and they said you need a whole new car starter system put it which would have costed me a bunch of money…..with my last hope I took it here and I’m so glad I did!!!!! Couldn't be happier with the service I got when I was looking for a specific new TV, and their price was fair compared to the competition. A week later the same TV was advertised for $500 less and their price protection policy kicked in. The refund process couldn't have been easier! Makes it easy to have confidence buying local vs the big box guys. Buying a new phone from them was painless too, and their $50 "setup charge" was offset with a $50 gift certificate. Back in December I had a remote start installed and all seem to go well. The starter works fine but the attention to details falls well short of expectations. After a trip up to Prince George the highways were icy and bumpy. When I got there I noticed there was a module hanging by the wiring harness dangling by my park brake. This had obviously not been strapped or taped in place. Not really a big deal but then I noticed the cover for the steering column wasn’t together. I made an appointment for them to address this issue and now it is much worse. They busted the clips on the cover which was most likely the cause of it not staying together. Then they tried to crazy glue it closed which has now left the black plastic white in spots. Also, they used what looks to be a screw driver to pry on the cover and it is now marred. I was told I would be contacted on the following Tuesday but it is now Thursday and I still haven’t heard from them. This needs to be dealt with!! After some time I was finally contacted and parts were replaced.

Initial appointment, pricing, product were all good. Appointment to have gift autostarter installed for the wife's used Toyota Highlander was on Tuesday. During installation, they discovered computer was reporting a factory starter already installed (though Andres guaranteed 100% that there was none). Said they'd undo their work and gave a complete refund. Turns out there was a Toyota factory starter installed (bonus!). Three days later, alternator short circuit resulted in a breakdown, a tow, and an $1100 repair. Andre's claims no possible connection but consider me a skeptic.
