This guy is a crook, my husband emailed him three weeks in a row in which he told my husband "He was on vacation". Then when he finally returned he quoted us double what the apple store did. Don't believe this con artists "Misunderstandings". Only misunderstanding is hes been caught scamming people.

This guy is a crook he works out of his basement. I emailed him about getting a IMAC fixed he told me to ebay the part and he was going to charge me 100 bucks to install it. Called around found a south side store that installed the part for 30. They were even willing to actually get me a working part.

I sincerely recommend MacShack for your computer needs. My old Mac Book Pro was soaked and ruined from rain due to a nearby window left open - ugh! The old computer parts offered some value in exchange for a newer computer. Thankfully, MacShack provided me with an upgraded model with greater memory and more perks for such a low cost deal that cannot be found anywhere else in the city - yay! Fast, solid, and reliable service honestly delivered within a few days. Thanks MacShack!

This guy (I will not call him a gentleman) is a thief, pure and simple. He quoted me $180 (!) for a simple hard drive replacement (my main HD died, I had my own back-up HD; the only thing I needed was to replace the defective HD with MY OWN back-up HD). FYI, Geeks On Whyte quoted me $25.00 (twenty-five dollars!) for the job (it would be $140 if they had to sell you a new 2 TB HD).

After spilling some water over my keyboard, my Macbook Pro quit working. I could hand it in straight away, and I picked it up a day later from MacShack. It has worked since then without complaints.
