I paid him cash up front and left my laptop with him. (Have receipt, which I had to ask for...this should have told me something). I then call once a week for over a month and nothing...then he doesn't take my calls just April answering telling me they were real behind. Then no calls are answered. I go to his shop to find his building has been moved. I try to call no answer. I message him on messenger and he deletes me as a friend. If I could give him zero stars I would. Total rip off

Awesome service. Worked with what we had at Smith Lake Flea Market in Arley and literally fixed all the issues we had been ding with for 2 years. 4 other companies couldnt fix 1 issue. Kipp did it all in a day!

Would not recommend. I dropped my computer off September 29 and today is December 14 and I just now heard from him after trying to reach out multiple times. I finally had to make a public Facebook post to see if that would work and after many people commented stating he has done them the same way he finally sent me a message stating the parts were still not delivered. As an understanding person I know times are different right now and mail is very backed up but he did not try to reach out to me once or even reply to one of my many messages sent to inform and keep me updated on the status of my repair. I plan on getting my laptop back from him tomorrow and taking it to a different repair shop. **editing to add after owner replied.. Yes. I have in fact tried to contact your personal Facebook, on your business Facebook, and I have also tried calling your shop. All which I had zero response from. And this is the first I am hearing about you contracting COVID which I am truly sorry about. However it would have been nice just to have a simple update as to hey I am sick and things are backed up.. now your excuses are I’m sick and your parts aren’t here... either way it’s sketchy and after I make a public post on my personal Facebook i had NUMEROUS people privately messaging me and commenting stating that they to have had the same problem with you. I am a very understanding person and a little bit of contact would have went along way! Yes we are ALL in a pandemic. I need my computer as I work from home and have small children doing virtual school. This has caused me hardship as I had to purchase a new laptop due to the fact I wasn’t sure if I was going to be receiving this one back. Like I’ve asked many times at this point I would just like to come take back possession of my property and be on my way. thanks.
