I dropped my Note8 on the driveway and pretty much destroyed it. He replaced the screen, chassis and the back glass and it was flawless... or so I thought. When using the SPen, there were no issues, but every other finger tap, it wouldn't register, and if it did, it ended up selecting whatever my finger last touched. I showed it to him, he recorded it and his supplier sent a replacement. Just picked it back up, and so far, so good. I highly recommend him!

Very unprofessional business a scam business really. Personally if you need your screen repaired dont pay these guys 200 to 300 dollars to repair it just buy a new phone honestly.

I went there and he had given me a rate of 150 dollars to get it fixed with no rush. I paid because I was fine with it, as I'm not an impatient person. He was going out for the holidays as well. So I waited maybe 2 (2 and a half) weeks for him to come back from vacation and then he said my "other half" could pick up my phone whenever he had gotten it fixed. Well my bf kept going back and buddy kept giving excuses. "The screens didnt come in" or "when he did get them, they were broken." or a crazier one "did you even pay for it?" So I waited, not really bothered by the delay. Unfortunately when I had gotten my phone back... 1. There was a black square at the bottom, which wasn't a previous screen design I had. 2. There was a white-pressure spot in the bottom left of my screen, so I assumed the screen didnt fit the way he intended. 3. Within a week, a huge crack had formed while it was laying on my dresser, no it wasnt charging, it just appeared over night. Overall, a 2 star experience because I am unhappy with my screen and the performance from the man who had fixed it. I seen no reason to go back because I would either get a lame excuse or the same kind of performance.

I went there to enquire about prices for my broken phone about 2 weeks ago and I must say I would never let these guys touch my phone. Firstly the guy who served me reeked of weed and looked completely out of his mind. Secondly he told me it would take a week or 2 to fix my phone because he didn't have a screen for a s9 on hand (Common phone but okay). Anyways ill pass at this business and find a better one somewhere else.

I received the most awesome customer service from The Install Guy for my laptop that I brought to them this morning in pieces might I add. They called me the same day and had my laptop all repaired and at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed I even gave them a tip. I would highly recommend them to everyone for any repair of your laptop and cell phone.
