Don’t know much about this specific location but definitely unhappy with Eastlink as a company and disappointed to know their headquarters are from my hometown. Been given false information, lied to, told I was I liar and hung up on. Will be canceling this service and not recommending them to my worst enemy. I will also be requesting all phone conversations. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I WOULD NOT recommend eastlink.I pay $150 for basic and internet with very limited viewing channels.If you want better channels you gotta pay extra.And the few channels i do have some programms play on 2 different channels.The greed and gouging this world has come too is actually sad.I found a better provider at almost half the price with more channels.Eastlinc is a total rippof.

Staff in very friendly and knowledgeable in their products and services. They also have a good selection of handsets and accessories. The plans they offer are reasonable price, but you are able to save more if you bundle the services.

"Customer Service" is a joke. Internet starts acting out after working fine for months and all their "helpful" staff does and find excuses why they're not to blame, instead of looking into it.

Their "Customer Service" is a joke. Applied for their services 5 weeks ago, had it installed only to find out they block port forwarding for a personal home security system. I contacted tech support and they said they can't do anything about it as it was a "security threat" to their network... after this, i pursued a different provider. When canceling my services, I was on hold for 3 hours before getting transfered for another hour of hold time. I finally got in contact with someone for the cancelation and was told I have to mail all my equipment back and pay a $150 cancelation fee and was not going to get any of the prepaid term back. Now I will be out over $250 because this provider does not state they do not allow port forwarding... This company is a joke and I will never allow them to be installed or run into any of my apartment complex units.

terrible customer service refused to fix anything for months now kept insisting nothing was wrong when internet keeps cutting out told them it was a bad line and the service person kept making excuses for the lack of repairs go with someone else

They're great... I have one phone with them and another with Koodo ... Eastlink service is better. I would leave Koodo and have both phones with Eastlink if they had Wifi Calling

This little Eastlink Shop is usually busy. Just one or two people working , and USUALLY, a considerable wait to be served. Overall, I really like Eastlink.

Overpriced and we can’t even get a stable connection been on eastlink for about 5-6 years and have had nothing but wifi trouble and we just got our new router this year, we thought it was the old one but it’s not it’s just terrible wifi

This place is supposed to be open at 10am - 6pm (Tuesday) - I drive all the way out there (Timmins Square location), show up there at 11:15am - store isn't open, there's no one around anywhere, doors are locked!! Other cell phone stores (competitors) open across the hall. So I call store to leave voicemail about what the heck is happening here - voicemail mailbox is full?!?! For a tech service, this place sucks! Voicemail full ??? ..like, shouldn't they have a little more room in their voicemail, being a service provider and experts in tech services ????!!!!???!?!?!?! BRUTAL!!!

I had chatted with 3 different people online and all gave me different prices and tried to offer me other services, not what I wanted! So i called Eastlink, first I got Lori (not sure if that's the way it is spelled), sorry Lori ???? she was super informative, gave me the right numbers and didn't try and give me other services. Told her i want to downgrade cable but keep our internet, she looked into it and said she will get me over to customer relations to see what they could do. She didn't cold transfer me (which is rare) so when i got to Liz she knew what i wanted. Liz went to the moon and back to get me a GREAT deal, BETTER than what i had and upgrade the Maestro box to Tivo. I was going to switch internet and keep cable, I love my cable with Eastlink so i wanted to keep that, but internet was cheaper with another company-not based out of Timmins. Liz gave me the most AMAZING deal to keep both with Eastlink. Lori and Liz THANK YOU for keeping me with Eastlink and actually listening to the customer and doing everything you can.????????????????

Horrible service. 45 mins on the phone being transferred 3 times. finally hung up on hold. Not user friendly at all. Monopoly on service in Timmins and currently exploiting it. Don't expect to speak with anyone who cares if you call. And good luck getting any help online. So many seniors are getting overcharged for services they don't understand. Can't even have an option to only see the channels they are subscribed to on the guide. PATHETIC and a waste of time. AND. they are raising the price. Shameful, money-hungry company. Look elsewhere. I know I actively will be looking now.

Their connection and services literally do not work. I called them to see what the problem was and Eastlink in Timmins did nothing about it. They also refuse to cancel your mobile services when you finally have had enough with them. They actually laughed at me when I tried… I finally was able to switch providers and my phone works fine now….
