I had my iPhone 6 screen replaced due to it being cracked. I was quoted $80. He talked me into the screen protector for another ten. When I picked up my phone it was $152... I paid that and was fine with it if it was fixed. The first thing I noticed is that the fingerprint touch didn't work. The second thing that now wasn't working on my phone was the proximity sensor, so when I'm talking on the phone, the screen doesn't switch off as it's supposed to. He was quite accommodating as to trying to fix the issues that he caused, but after bringing back my phone multiple times, (4 hours each time)wasn't able to get either working. Last I heard he was ordering a proximity sensor but wants me to pay for the part and shipping! I have learned to live without the fingerprint thing but the sensor is essential for using the phone! Initially he was being very helpful but it has been about a month and I'm still waiting for a reasonable resolution. I have tried contacting him a few more time asking if he will be fixing my phone, still waiting for a response..I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau. If you have other options, stay clear of this shop, all I have to show for all my frustration is a pretty phone that I can't use unless it's on speakerphone.

Olu's ability to diagnose and discern the dysfunction in my printer was very helpful and ultimately corrected the problem. Now, it is like I have a brand new printer, and I am back to business as usual. Thank-you Olu, for your expertise and experience with your service! I will not hesitate to refer anyone I know who has device, computer or printer problems. Once again, Olu has come to the troubleshooting rescue for my printer. When all hope seemed lost… Cornerstone Computer had the solution. I split tea on my 6 months old Lenovo Pro 2 (4 in 1) laptop. After several rescue measures, still no solution. I went to BestBuy, the Geek squad informed me that they cannot fix it. If they will fix it, it will cost me nearly the same amount I brought the Laptop, that’s over 1300CAD. A couple of months later, I came across Cornerstone Computer store. I though no harm in trying. To my surprise the store owner was convinced there was hope for my laptop. Few weeks later, I went back to pick my laptop, It was fully restored. During the waiting period, the customer services communication was very impressive. The total repair cost was a small fraction to what Best Buy would have repaired the laptop. Do you need fast , cost effective and professional services? I highly recommend Cornerstone Computer.

Hello, It is worrisome that you have an issue with a MINOR, who was unhappy with your business services, and as business owner you find it very professional to involve their parent(s) and business name. I only hope that the response was made by another MINOR who does not know how to properly conduct themselves in a proper business manner. It took some time to read your response to some of your negative review. It is sad that you deem it necessary to make racially charged remarks, with a side of bulling, when customer are unhappy with your services. When one opens a business and then opens themselves to be reviewed, the business is open to negative as well as positive remarks. As a business owner this is the cross we bear. It is embarrassing that I come from the same continent as you. Embarrassed that this is the example you set for any minor that may look up to you. However you requested for a battery change and we didn't have your battery as at then.Your mum being the hair dresser opposite our store( EJ ETHAN JA JAMES) hair stylist was the reason for ever taking the phone back to access after taking it elsewhere that same day.It is unfortunate that you and your mother exhibits such an ungreatful attitude by taking this route of exposing your family members by writing reviews all over. I personally attended to you and told you we don't have your phone battery but we can order for it provided you leave it with us till the next day but you took your phone away that same hour and your mum came some days later with attitude.How come your mum heard that the phone will be replaced when even Apple will never fall for such a bait.I didn't even charge you any amount for the troubleshooting procedures which showed that your phone problem was more than battery issue as you supposed. I told you technically speaking, original IPhone 8Plus will not be functionally epileptic because of battery failure,since it was released there has not been battery problem history unlike an iPhone 6,6s and probably 7.You went somewhere else and came back few days later with your mum alleging us for a damage on your phone .Please let's be fair and promote good works.We don't just replace but we repair and make our customers happy! Your phone can be fixed but you need to pay.

After I was told by Lenovo along with Staples repair that my computer could not be serviced and I would need to purchase a new one, I found Cornerstone Computer Technologies. I had a great experience with this company. I came in with my computer that had a damaged hard drive and I feared for the loss of all my data and personal information but at cornerstone computer, I was able to retrieve all my data back and get it transferred into a new hard drive. The repair process was fast and effective and everything was done at a reasonable cost as well. I do recommend going there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My usual phone repair guy was busy so I decided to take my phone to this place for a repair. First, it took way too long to get the phone fixed. Second, it is extremely expensive. I paid almost $400 for a phone repair. I could have bought a brand new phone! Third, it was never communicated how much the repair was going to cost before the phone was repaired. Fourth, a very unprofessional place. When I got the phone back, the guy lost my SIM card. He was offering me a random SIM card 'for free' but what am I going to do with a random SIM card? I had to order a new SIM card from my phone carrier and I was charged $10 for it. Also, my phone was missing the mesh from the speaker and screws at the bottom of the phone. And I I had to go back and get my case back from him because he forgot to give it back. This was the worst experience of fixing a phone for me so far and I have fixed my phones a few times before. I take no pleasure in leaving this review but this is my experience. I have not includeded any names or feelings, just the facts.

I brought my laptop there about 2weeks ago because it was not working well and i couldn't find any good places until i stumbled upon this repair shop. Olu is a very nice man and actually knows what hes doing. Good quality service. When he's fixing your device or anything you bring at him he will fix everything even tho you didn't pay him to fix it, he will still do it just because he's nice and likes giving customers what they like and he's trys his very best to make the customer satisfied. I'll start with the good. The service was friendly, fast and reliable. for the bad, this establishment charges the SAME price for ALL software problems. As I consulted with a professional after the fact, I was made aware that I was severely over charged ($180). Even worse still is the owner accidentally let it slip that the Wifi had started working before he had done any work on it. I was still made to pay this ridiculous fee. Not impressed and will not be returning.

I have just had the absolute most amazing experience at Cornerstone Computers! Shortly after my 1 year warranty expired, my macbook pro completely stopped working! It sat in my closet for 2 years until one day I decided to finally get it fixed. Researched a few computer repair shops and eventually decided on Cornerstone, and I am SO happy I did! He went above and BEYOND to fix my computer, troubleshoot some problems we were having with it, and strived to ensure I was completely satisfied before returning the laptop back to me. I have never experienced such amazing customer service from any business; big or small. When I say he went above and beyond, he really did, even taking my computer home to work on it at night! You can really tell he is so passionate about what he does and that his customers happiness is very important to him. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will not go anywhere else for any computer/cellphone problems. Not only was my customer service experience superb, but the price point to get what needed done was incredibly cheaper then big named computer repair businesses I had checked out when my laptop stopped working 2 years ago.
