I received the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. There is a Canada Computer store across the street who has excellent service. service client beware , you have a very un ethical person who will do "work" on your laptop and then charge you for "work" done on it , when in fact it was never authorized . Then laptop held hostage, stay away Normal companies call with a cost and you say yes or no , beware this company does not operate like that , and are proud to say they don't have a head office to complain to , they are the head office, They are well known at the local BBB, stay away, ****** They "fix " the issue you get charged , fine ,,,then its still not fixed , then you take it back for the same issue ,,,then then charge you again upon pickup ,,,BBB says its a pattern with them ,,,FYI don't be fooled by the "plants" of "reviews" after my bad one,,,all of sudden a flood of good reviews from this clip joint ,,,,lol come on boys ,,,,just back up your work and you don't have to waste time with "plants" and phony people

On new year’s eve, I accidentally dropped a cup of hot tea on the keyboard of my Dell Precision 5510 laptop. It went dead afterwards and I was extremely upset. It is a nice and expensive laptop (i7, 2.8Ghz, 32GB RAM, 500GB HD), and there are a lot of personal work and files on it. I went to a computer shop on upper Paradise, and was told my laptop could not be repaired, and all I could do was to pay him C$95 to recover the files on the hard drive. Frustrated, and with a glimmer of hope, I went to C-Computers on upper James. The gentleman in the shop was very professional and attentive. He listened to me about how a cup of hot tea was dropped on the keyboard, and listed some possible solutions for this liquid damage. He also gave me a time-frame for the repair and detailed costs, including labor cost and potential parts repair and replacements. Since I was previous rejected by the shop on upper Paradise, I did not have high expectation and just want to give C-Computers a try to see what could happen. Couple days later, C-Computers called me and told me my laptop was back to normal operation. They repaired the liquid damage on the mainboard and only charged me C$200. I am extremely happy about their service and the cost (my Dell Precision 5510 was purchased at US$2,400 two years ago). Now I am writing this review on my re-born laptop, and highly recommend C-Computers’ service for following reasons: - Staffs are professional and highly-technical - Service is fast and efficient - Costs (labor, parts, etc) are transparent and very reasonable

C Computers was recommended to me, so I checked it out. All I needed was a monitor, Aly the owner asked what would it be used for and in like less them five minutes, I had my monitor. Great product and great price. We continued talking computer talk, and a day later I brought my system in for a check up. Picked it up the next day, what a change. I wish I found him along time ago. He has found a customer for life. All I can say it's very rare that you find someone that loves what they do, but most of all he has the skills, knowledge, and an awesome personality. Went in a few month sago but got too scared to write my review. I'm not one for reviews but, after all the that transpired, I felt empowered to share my experience to put an end to the madness. I brought in my PC setup to be replaced, wanted the RAM, processor, etc. to be upgraded and the owner said it would cost 650$. Came back a few hours later and this guy told me 1000$! Awesome employees awesome prices, awesome service! Ali was able to fix a problem I had been having with my computer for months that was caused by another computer store in the area (Not naming names - I'll just call it 'Other Place". The "Other Place' installed the wrong kind of ram stick causing my pc to crash and make jarring and loud noises at random and this problem went on for months. I brought my computer back to 'Other Place' several times but they couldn't figure out the issue nor did they offer any kind of refund for the poor service. However, when I brought my computer into Ali as a last resort, thinking the problem was totally irreversible and I would need a new system all together, he was able to identify and fix the issue literally within one minute AND offered me a newer, more powerful ram stick at a hell of a discount. Since then I've recommended all of my family and even some friends to C Computers. Awesome employees awesome prices, awesome service!
