Had this Samsung A51 sitting around for almost a year, it stopped working after 2 months and wouldn't turn back on. I don't know what he did but he fixed it! I was working with a school project and suddenly my wireless adapter stops working. Does troubleshooting and possible repairs but still couldn't make it work. I've searched a repair shop near my place and Device Reboot pop up. Called the number coz the Google saya they're open till 10pm. The guy was so amazing, and was able to help me fix my surface pro. He's also very nice and kind to accommodate me late at night. Really appreciate it. Thank you.

Yesterday the "blue screen of death" showed up on my work laptop and I panicked. Took it in and Ben had a look right away. He called me as soon as he opened this morning and after running diagnostics over night, determined it was likely just a 1 off error. I am super impressed with how honest he is and the communication loop. I will definitely be back with any future issues I have. I am very grateful to find such an honest/fair computer repair tech. I was in town for a week when my laptop got water damage. After it wouldn't turn on again, I brought it to Ben to see if it could be fixed. Somehow, he worked a miracle, and not only fixed it up completely, but he also kept me updated throughout the process, and even dropped it off at my hotel for me. The whole process was incredibly fast and the customer service was top-notch. Excellent technical and customer service, my gpu was dead which was not good at all during this time of huge inflation in gpu price, he tried his best to search for a similar one with the lowest price, his effort is much appreciated although it ended up with a used graphics card from my friend. Strongly recommend it!

Needed some work done on a desk top PC. Could not say enough about how impressed i was with the overall experience. Frequent updates on what was being done or needed to be done with time frames (which were kept). Installed parts that i bought from amazon (with no mark up or extra charges for parts not bought from Reboot). Customer service was the best i have had from any computer repair shop...ever. The computer i had repaired is 6 years old, when i got it back it looked and preformed like it was brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP. I can not say enough about how impressed i was with the service!! Other computer repair places could learn a lot from the owner of Reboot! I actually offered to pay more than the bill i was given as i thought the bill was too low.
