I've seen many great reviews and recommendations for Joe on Facebook so when my laptop screen pooched out on me I thought I would check him out. Glad I did. Dropped off my laptop at 11 am....got a call at 2:30 pm to tell me what the issue was.....picked up my laptop with a new screen at 4:30 pm!!! Not only did he get me up and running again in record time.....he cleaned my filthy, dirty keyboard for no charge. Talk about great service AND great rates!!!! Thanks Joe!!!

2018 has been an expensive year and I have a very limited budget. So I tracked down Mr Joseph when my 2010 MacBookPro keypad started to pooch. Elsewhere was told a whole new machine would be needed....OUCH. S.J. sayeth: " the current keypad membrane is weakened...you just need a new keypad." So for 12% of what I would have had to pay elsewhere for something I did NOT want...Joe fixed it. YAYYYYYY! A service and a man for our tired times. Go Joe Go!

Is a good person - honest, reliable, would give you the shoes off his feet if he had any. Gave me the best local price on a repair that's a bit tricky. Offers iPhone and Android repair, batteries and screen repair etc. Has lots of computer parts at prices similar to what I find online, does service. Only complaint is that his biz does not come up higher on google search.

I went to Tools and Tech today with my sons laptop because it was not charging properly due to a damaged charging port. My son desperately needs his laptop for his university studies. Joseph ordered the replacement port and then worked on the old port to repair it so that my son could have his laptop back within a couple of hours. This type of repair is a very tedious process that most IT places would have declined doing and would have told us we would just have to wait for the new part to come in. I was very impressed with how well we were looked after by this company. Any and all of our computer issues will be taken to Tools and Tech from now on. Thank you Joseph ????????

I brought in my laptop this afternoon after the volume stopped working and I read some of the reviews on here. I had a repair done a few weeks ago at a different shop and was concerned they had done questionable work on it that was causing this problem now. Sure enough, the technician at Tools and Tech informed me that the inside of the laptop had been pretty badly butchered and showed me photos of the damaged areas. Even so, he had it back in working order for me within 2 hours of dropping it off (and for a very reasonable price). He seemed really honest and personable, and though I'm upset that my laptop was damaged by the other shop, I would definitely return to Tools and Tech should I need any more tech repairs in the future.

Best Knowlegable Computer Service Ever.!! I do not like to scrap any of my stuff and prefer to keep things running as long as possible. Recently one of our older computers failed to boot up and Joseph quickly diagnosed the problem. He provided me with several options at very reasonable costs to prolong its life. I decided to go for the more intensive repair and he had our old machine up and running faster than new in a short time. If your tech is giving you heck Make sure you go to Shoeless Joe!
