In a few quick emails, they provided me an estimate and invited me to drop off my phone for repair their first open business day. The good: prices and promotions are solid. The bad: they estimated a 1-2 hour repair via email. At the store, they changed it to the end of the day. It wasn't ready until the next day, which was a pain.

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing an Android Box.This box is extremely slow and needs to be rebooted constantly. I tried to return and they wanted to charge a $50 restocking fee. I would have returned it but that means they would just be making more money by selling it to the next customer and making an extra $50 from me. I also brought in an iPad mini for repairs and when I went to pick it up and the tech was not in so he told me it was still apart. After I demanded the iPad back he gave it to me and it was complete and didn't look like they had even taken it apart to diagnose. I would not recommend anyone to use the services of KW Cellular and Gadgets

Absolutely bad service and BAD ETHICS!! My phone had a charging problem so I sent it to them. However after a week he called me to pick it up as it is not fixable so I went to pick it up and he let me walked away. And here comes the drama: I sit in the car and turned over the phone, the phone back cover was damaged (see image) while they tried to opened it but have it cracked and also leaving gap on the edge - they didn't fix the charging problem but instead creating a new problem - the WORST part is without informing me they cracked the back cover. EVEN WORSE: I went back to the store, the guy said he will now change the back cover BUT charging a diagnose fee. So essentially they hide the truth that they broke the back cover then let me suck it up quietly, then when I went back they said "oh sorry I will fixed what I massed up but I will charge you for something else". I was wanting to have the phone back since I know exactly what is he doing and I'm too tired of this gray-zone cheating, EVEN WORSE: he refused to give it back to me after my 3rd request. Then I have no choice but called Guelph Police - I hate to call police for this kind of small matter but sadly the situation required me to do so. When the police showed up, of course I got my phone back and I appreciated that. Lesson learnt - never repair any devices in this store since I have a big question mark on their ETHICS, since at the end of the day, my charging problem was not resolved but got a new crack on the phone. If there is negative score I will certainly do so! Hope this only happens to me but you guys have to be careful!

Not recommended. A fully working Blackberry Classic was taken in for a new keyboard. We now have a Classic with a nice keyboard but it can't even be used to make a phone call with now. It is now junk and only good for parts. "I know my repairs....I don't know if your phone was working when you brought it it...." was the response we got. Off now to buy a new Classic.....Per owners request - taking Classic back into KW for the 3rd time. Already incurred the cost of a new device. Can't leave the CEO of a company without a working cell phone.

My galaxy s9 screen cracked as it fell face first onto a tile floor in my apartment Monday. Though the phone was still functioning, the crack that filled up 1 third of the screen obviously really bothered me. I did some research on repair options in KW area and found KW Cellular to be the most reputable. I decided to just go in Today 9 am right when they opened to ensure that I can get the repair done asap. Their Service Expert named Azeem - What a gentleman I left my phone at 9:20 am and was able to retrieve it around 10:30 am. Their original estimate was 2 hours, since they do some tests like accessing websites and calling. The fact that they have same day repair is amazing. My phone now looks completely new Overall really satisfied with my experience and hopefully I don't have to come back again, but this is definitely the place to go for any smartphone repair!

if your looking for cheap knockoff cell cases, you will find them. if your looking for cheap android box that does not work well, you will likely be happy to overpaid. BTW, if you want to return items, they will charge you $50 restocking fee.

I submitted my expensive Iphone for a repair consideration at another store. They informed me my phone was not repairable so I went out and purchased a new phone. The option was presented to dispose of my phone. Thankfully I took my phone back and went for a second opinion here. My phone was repaired subsequently. Thankfully I sought KW Cellular's opinion. I was shocked and spent hours on this ordeal and would have saved time and money if I just went here first.

Our daughters IPad Gen 6 screen was replaced and you can't even tell due to the quality of the repair and time put in by the techs at this location. You charged me $250 for a screen replacement that was extremely poor quality and it messed up my phone. I took it to Apple to get fixed and they said you guys used the cheapest glass and did a very bad job installing it. I was told you give a warranty and I brought my phone back after 32 days (the entire screen went black) and you said it was 2 days past warranty. I am very disappointed and you should not be offering that service if you can’t do it properly. - classic response “you could not find record of you being here” well I was and I won’t be back.

I kniw whats wrong with my.phone..called to see if they have or can order part amd them tolde he wamts to charge 25 diagnosis amd cant tell me how much it costs to replace sim card slot...or worst case mother board....he repeatedly say he couldnt tell me without diagnosis and then when i tried to explain inkniw what's wrong and how to fix it he hung up. Based on this experience and reviews theyre clearly out to scam you. You tube for instructions and ebay for parts....this place can go out of buiness anytime now because theyre useless
