Very trustworthy! I dropped my phone in the hottub, immediatly put it into rice and took it here to get fixed as my phone had a tone of 'gost touching'. They did an ultrasonic cleaning on it, which didn't help. They said they could replace the screen but they wouldn't recommend that because it isn't a guarantee. The did another ultrasonic cleaning (complimentary) which seemed to help. They were honest and didn't force / suggest anything on me that wasn't necessary.
