Miracle workers!!!! My dads phone got run over by about 7 cars and this guy saved everything from his phone and fixed the top and LED screen and it works like brand new!!! His name is Imran and his store is at stone road mall by the bell store!! Only cost 160$ which is better than buying a brand new phone!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I am not the type of person to write reviews or to give negative feedback. But this experience was the absolute worst. I went there thinking that the service was great. I was getting my screen fixed and they were extremely rude. When I came in, they said it would be $155 to get it fixed, I said no that's too much as I still am a student and am on a budget. It really seems that they only care about money as they had asked me if it was cheaper would I still get it fixed, I said yes and they negotiated with me. At the same time, this person was trying to guilt me saying how people pay the price I was paying for much older phones and so on. They said it would be fixed in an hour, so I leave. Since I am still a student, I have a student card, when I went back to pay I tried paying with my card but it declined because the screen repair would go over my limit for the day. They were so rude about it saying "Well, what are you going to do now?" and the owner was making such a big deal moaning and groaning. They were so rude about it and I felt so bad, they sent me on a wild goose chase to find an ATM too. They made me go outside to search for one. They didn't even tell me there was one in the mall. When I get to the ATM, it doesn't take my card. At this point I'm freaking out, I go to someone and explain my issue as I have no idea what to do and I start crying. This person who I talked to was extremely helpful telling me where the ATM was in the mall. Came back and picked up my phone. They ended up breaking it while trying to fix it. I can no longer hear people when they call, yes my volume is fine and everything. They broke the receiver and my screen is glitchy, I now have to go to the apple store and no, I am not going back to this place again to get my phone fixed. Please, if you're getting your phone fixed go to somewhere PROFESSIONAL. Not worth the money.

Honestly Imran, saved my life. I've had a horrible week, I crashed my car several days before and my friend accidentally smashed my iPhone the day prior to me getting it fixed. My parents would have been so pissed at me about my phone. I went to another store and bought a used phone for $179, that still needed to be unlocked. I went to Future-Tech to get the phone unlocked, but Imran told me he could repair my cracked phone for $100. I was told that getting it repaired cost $400. Highly recommend Future-Tech, MY completely cracked and broken phone looks brand new.

I was here, to replace charger spot of my phone. It was too busy over there, a big line up, where i was waiting , one of the associates, came to me and asked my issue, so he politely told me will be ready in 20 minutes, gave me another phone for twenty minutes, finally they solved the problem. Completely destroyed my brand new work laptop with a liquid spill (Macbook Air), had a freak out and brought it in to Future Tech the next day. After a week, I found out that it was the logic board and battery and that the whole thing basically needed to be replaced. Kasun ordered the parts immediately and had it fixed within a week and before I had to go away on my work trip. He even went into the mall to get the laptop on his day off (when he was sick) to ensure it was repaired in time. The price was also unbeatable seeing as it was half of the price of a new laptop (and he replaced all of the parts so it was like new). I highly recommend you go here for any tech fixes. They're amazing and genuinely care about their customers.

Called in to ask about the rip on my screen protector I got less than 2 months ago. Spoke with a very rude employee, Muhammad. They began blaming me saying I left it in my pocket with my keys, the scratch came from using my finger. Then when I told him there’s was no possibility of the being the case he began blaming me once more saying that I had peeled back the protecter, which i did not. Was very rude and unprofessional. Ridiculous customer service. Will not be returning to the store ever again.

Went to the Guelph location in Stone Road Mall and was helped out by an absolutely fantastic employee - who happens to be a Guelph Computer Science student. I believe his name was Kasur or Kasun (sorry!) - anyway he fixed my iPhone 6 in minutes. I simply walked around the mall, grabbed a coffee, came back and the device was as good as new! FAST, FRIENDLY and AFFORDABLE! Very happy. I price compared and the guys here have one of the best rates going! Highly recommend them, pop in the shop, they're friendly and approachable. I dropped a weight on my phone at the gym and my whole screen was crushed. I thought I had to get an new phone but someone sent me to future tech. Imran said he could fix my phone in 40 minutes. I got my phone back and the screen was as good as new, he even gave me a tempered glass for free. I recommend going here if you need any phone repairs.

Brought my phone in with a stuck sim card. They said it would be $85 to remove it and to come back in the afternoon to pick it up. Came back in the afternoon and there was another guy working there and the phone will wasn't done. He said they have to break the screen in order to take the phone apart (which I found out with the proper training and tools that you don't have to) I said be careful and try to do it without breaking the screen. He called me back Saturday night and said he got the phone apart no problem. I went in Monday to pick it up to find out he broke the screen and I need a new one. I paid $50 (which I shouldn't have) and left.

After being confronted by the store manager because of a poor review he assumed was posted by me, he asked what he could do to fix the problem . I said that the solution was simple, provide me with the code that would unlock my phone . He did provide me with a code but it did not work . I went back to the store and told him that the code did not work . He then questioned whether or not I had some work done to the phone that would cause the phone to lock up in between the time I had him unlock it initially in April and the time it locked up at the end of June . I told him point blank that the only time I ever had anybody taking a look at the software was when I initially got it unlocked back in April and the few days I left the Phone at the store before and during the long weekend . I even mentioned that I even asked Telus if this was a normal occurrence with phones previously locked to their system and they said it was rare . So the manager asked what else they could do to remedy the situation and I said since my phone acted up after being in their possession, the only fair resolution was that they refunded me the initial cost of unlocking my phone since it was obvious that some sort of technical glitch occurred when the phone was in their possession . The manager then proceeded to say that all he could do was give me store credit . What good is store credit if I cannot use my phone with my preferred service provider and be forced to sign up with a different service provider for more money just be able to use the phone ? Also for the record, when I first was looking to unlock the phone, the manager did offer to unlock the phone for free if had agreed to trade in my S6 for an S5 . He tried to convince me that they were practically the same model . Obviously turned him down . Also what's the sense of going to another service to unlock if the phone is locked to Telus permanently according to manager of Future Tech ?

Imran was fantastic at Future Tech! I had originally taken my iPhone SE to another repair shop first before I went to Future Tech. The phone needed the screen replaced that was no longer working due to dropping the phone on concrete. The other store said it would take 7-10 days for repairs on my screen because of a corner impact and that they would have to send it away. They couldn’t guarantee that it would be fixed either and it would cost over $100 for the parts and labour. Once I received that information I took my phone to Future Tech and Imran let me know that he could replace it in half an over for less than $100. I was thrilled and agreed. He immediately began taking the phone apart and I came back half an hour later and it was done. It looked brand new and works perfectly. He was awesome to talk to and really knew his stuff. Thank you Imran!

Had my iPhone screen replaced. When I picked up the phone I commented that the colours were washed out. Person at the store turned up the brightness and said it was as good as it would get. At that point I had to pay to get my phone back for work. I went back to the store to tell them I was not happy and had to run the phone at max brightness to use it. I can no longer to even to lunch out without plugging in my phone. I asked. If they could do anything to help and was told I could pay $450 for a used phone exactly the same as the one they repaired. Wasted my money and valuable time. I am taking the phone to the Apple store to be fixed properly.

HORRIBLE. All scammers!! I needed a simple screen replacement and they caused a variety of new problems my phone has never had before- I had to keep coming back!! Called security on me. Went into the store to get more information about unlocking a phone. As we're asking questions he's asking us for name, phone number etc. Then we decided not to go with his service for $80, and he tells us we have to pay him because a work order was already submitted. I explained that no work had actually been done and I wouldn't pay anything. He threatened to call security then tried to haggle us down to a cheaper price that $80. When we refused he physically blocked us from leaving the store and continued to try and talk us into paying. Eventually he called mall security who told us we're free to leave because we did nothing wrong. If you can't cancel a work order, wait until you get payment before submitting it. I would never trust this place with any of my electronics. Also you can just call your cell phone carrier and get your cell phone unlocked without paying $80. EDIT: I don't understand your response. You never actually unlocked my phone, you tried to force us to pay for your service just because we asked questions about it, using the excuse that you already submitted a work order. After I left your store I unlocked my phone myself via my carrier. There was no misunderstanding, it was just very dirty sales tactics. I will not be returning.

I had recently smashed my protective glass and broke the camera on the back of my Galaxy S7 Edge and many of the repair shops I sought out told me they were unable to work with my phone model. I was really happy to have Future Tech say it would be a quick fix for a reasonable price! Imran was extremely helpful in ordering my custom parts and keeping me updated on their arrival. While the store was a bit busy during the times I went in, they were extremely patient and kind to every customer. These guys love what they do and it really shows in their quality of work!

Best store in Guelph to get protection for your s7 edge, by far the best price for the Glass premium tempered screen guard. The brand he sells is actually the best fitting and easiest to install as well. He was very informative when asked questions. Sells quite a bit of tech in the store, go in and check it out.
