Stop fooling idiot crooks it's on my receipt where it Clearly says NEW. Best buy is returning your garbage and we getting refunded as they were shown at branch what it was suppose to be and what we got. Bought a phone through these guys from best buy online was suppose to be new and when opened box it was used with fading color and screen almost falling off crooks. New doesn't mean refurbished ????

Great service! They gave me a temporary fix for my hardware issue until they could get replacement parts. They replaced the defective hardware and now the laptop is working fine! I am happy they fixed my laptop and that it also didn't cost me a fortune!

Went in to have my 2000 dollar gaming laptop debugged because it was using almost %100 CPU which made it impossible to run games with good graphics. They couldn't figure out how to fix my computer, so they downloaded MSI afterburner which fried my computer after gaming on it for 2 hours after I got it back. They didn't put in the fact that they downloaded an overclocking software on my computer and charged me 145 dollars for downloading a free software which tried my CPU and motherboard. Do not risk having things repaired here

Staff called my husband's phone and accused him of stealing an iPhone the day before. Threatened to call the police. We called back and found out someone named Andrew had given a fake number. Never visited this business but now i definitely won't in the future

Have had a lotta good dealings with Shoeless Joe, who is very competent, pleasant, and whose flawless work is very reasonably priced. I would recommend Datamatrix to all and sundry. My one regret is that Joe wasn't elected Mayor of Guelph.

I have had my MacBook Pro repaired twice at Data Matrix and have received fast, professional, friendly service and a very fast turnaround time regardless of the severity of the repair. Labour and replacement parts are priced very reasonably and the staff made sure to contact me and ask for permission before moving forward with any repairs. I have also purchased two used iPhones in great working condition with all charging accessories included at no additional cost. I am so confident in Data Matrix I have now referred two close friends to have their MacBooks repaired successfully.

Buyer Beware. Bought a used iphone from this place with a 30 day warranty. I know you have to be careful with used phones, but it seemed like a reputable place. A week later the battery was lasting about 2 hours and the camera was not working properly. Took it back, they looked at it and replaced the battery, and said they didn't see anything wrong with the camera. Now weeks later, the camera still does not work properly, and the battery lasts about 4 hours. They said too bad, its out of the 30 days warrently, but would replace the battery again a charge. Not likely. Buyer beware of Data Matrix PC.

Don't let appearances fool you, this little hole in the wall computer shop is a real gem. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly. This is a great place if you're looking for the odd part, a refurbished computer or mobile phone. Tucked away off to the side you may miss it, but it is worth stopping in for a peak.

These guys are always super helpful and their prices are pretty hard to beat. If you are comfortable with technology, this is the best place in Guelph to get used gear, aftermarket and OEM cables and quick help for hardware issues. Also, I have noted that their used phones are definitely priced fairly and well below what optimistic classified sellers are trying to get.

Came in today to replace my iPhone 6s battery. Apple refuses to change your battery if you have any damage to the screen of your phone. Pay less, wait less and support a local business! My iPhone is now at 100% battery health again and is running a lot smoother and longer as a result. Highly recommend.

I buy a refurbished phone from new egg with this compagny. It's not Refurbished, it's second hand and not working They try to sell me a phone with a one day battery, and a non working sim card reader. Don't buy from them, don't trust them. I lost 20$. Probably the worst buy i ever made on internet. 30 Days Warranty and return policy - ship back to our store. Physical / Accidental damage / battery life is NOT covered.damage / battery life is NOT covered. Yep because you can't put a warranry on something that is already broken What a shaddy compagny!
