After reading the reviews and looking through more than a few pages of ads, I've concluded that by my standards, this is the best place in Grande Prairie to buy a phone and I'll be doing so promptly. (Standards include decent customer service, decent prices(in this case exceptional) and they're quite responsive on their ads)

I have spoke with over facebook market and were okay on there. However I walked into store and had the guy hover over me. I said just looking and he kept breathing down my neck and I repeated I'm just looking if I see something that sparks my interest. After the third time of him trying to posture me. My friend and I walked out all within 5 min of being there. I dont care if I pay more elsewhere I dont deal with pushy sales people

Needed a simple phone of decent quality, got a new and unused Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime for less than the cost of a disposable flip phone. The guys were awesome to deal with and were focused on getting me the best deal and best phone for my needs. I recommend them highly!

I price shopped at 4 different mobile shops in the downtown area, enquired about the same phone model and all quoted me the same price except Vianney. I was able to get the phone brand new with a screen protector and case for the same price that just the phone would have been at the other shops. With my most recent purchase I will be needing to take advantage of their 30 day exchange policy, so depending on how that transaction goes my review may change.

Bait & switch. They advertise one price publicly, yet charge you a higher price for the same or similar item once you're inside the store. Additionally, I bought a $25 phone case that cracked and broke as I was putting it on the phone for the first time. They would not refund my money or exchange the case for another one. My advice is you are better off buying a phone and/or accessories privately off Facebook Market. Avoid this business (which I suspect is a front for a money laundering operation), at all costs.

Same thing needed a cheap phone A.S.A.P seen that they had a brand new iPhone 6s Plus selling for cheaper then the used phones on Kijiji or other I knew that I was getting a deal! Definitely recommend!
