Friendly staff, a big empty store with a few box computers and a couple of items you could use to make your own system. I understand they also fix software issues, but their prices are not for the individual, more so for businesses.

My computer shat the bed on me and I was quoted over 400 bucks to get it fixed at best buy. Here I got it fixed for under 100 dollars. However, my screen did get damaged in the process. I was then informed that a replacement screen was enroute at zero charge. Thank you guys for the amazing service and ensuring that I leave a happy customer.

One star instead of zero. They will charge you double what something is worth then charge a 20% restocking fee once you realize it and return the product.
